Lara's POV
We were at the hospital mad I was feeling drowsy from all the medicine they were injecting into me. Ashton and Michael were with me while Luke and Calum were with Darcy in the other room, the cops had questioned everyone and filed a report. I was so happy that I was done with that asshole. They took the bullets remains out of my arm, I winced a little. The anesthetic was wearing off, Ashton squeezed my other hand gently I gave him a reassuring smile he smiled back weakly. Finally the doctor finished sowing my arm, they left me to rest.
I would be out of the hospital, there was a knock on the door and I looked in the way. My breath hitched in my throat as I saw my mother walk in, "Lara.." He voice was smooth and soothing like always. I felt my eyes tear up, my heart was being ripped into pieces right now. It hurt more then the bullet running through my arm. I missed her so much, but I couldn't forgive her now. She slowly came over to me, letting a tear drop I quickly embraced her and let out a sob. "Mommy." I croaked I felt like a child again "I'm right here, baby." She cried I lifted my head up and looked into her hazel eyes.
"Please don't leave me again, I am so sorry I was so selfish please forgive me." She begged. I just nodded my head, she smiled and noticed Ashton's prescience. I cleared my throat "Mom, this Ashton my boyfriend, Ash this is my mom." He smiled and said hi he was clearly nervous. She shook his hand and excused herself, my mom wasn't ever strict on boys so I don't think she minds Ashton that much. "Come here." I smiled patting the bed.
He obliged and came over to me, my face was in the crook of my neck. I noticed Michael wasn't in the room I be he went to eat. I giggled at the thought of Michael eating. I looked Ashton. I'm so in love with him, why can't I just tell him! I soon drifted off into sleep. I woke up and it was stil dark, I looked at the clock and it said 2:30. I looked around and noticed that I wasn't in the hospital, I was in my bed and in a room with no doors or Windows it was just my bed on the middle. No other furniture, I started feeling very claustrophobic. "Hi Lara." I heard a voice, "WHO'S THEIR?!" I yell.
"Us." The voice snickered. I began to feel scared, "It's you you idiot, its your conscious." It said. "Why am I hearing voices?!" I scream again. "Because it's a warning, you're going to loose it all." It said again laughing and then the voice disappeared. I woke up startled, I realized it was just a dream. It couldn't possible mean anything, right?
I looked and saw Ashton on the couch covered with his jacket he looked cold, I slowly got up and gave him the extra blanket in the closet. I pecked his lips slowly and went back into the bed, my arm hurt like hell right now. That's when it hit me, 'you're going to loose it all' I'm going to loose Ashton. No, no, no fuck no. This cannot happen, I need him I love him for gods sake! I started panicking, I managed to calm my self down, I texted Calum to come down for some reason he was awake.
"Hey you alright?" He asked looking at my worried face. "No." I say and explained my dream. "Look it was just a dream, you're not going to loose Ashton or anyone, well always be here for you." He smiled hugging me. "Thank you, cal." I say. "Lara you love him don't you." Calum states out of no where. "Yes, I do a lot." I reply shyly. "Awww, does he know??" He asked. "Nope." I say popping the p. He giggled, and I thanked him for talking with me. He smiled and left, I sighed and looked at Ashton.
I closed my eyes and tried to sleep, when I hear someone say "I love you too, Lara." My eyes jolt out of my head. It was Ashton, I didn't move I pretened to be asleep. Finally morning came and Luke walked in, "mornin, I got you guys breakfast since hospital food sucks ass." He laughed I nodded and thanked him. I looked at Ashton an he smiled, his eyes were still puffy from sleeping ans his hair was crazy but still cute and he looked so soft right now.
After about 4 hours I finally checked out, my mom had brought me clothes. I put on my leggings and one of Ashtons sweatshirts. It smelled like him, it took me forever to dress with this hurt arm though. I waited to see Darcy she was checking out as well. She was in a wheelchair, I gave her a hug and asked how she was. "Traumatized how bout' you." She giggled. Luke was looking at her, if he was an anime he would have that blush and heart eyes going on right now. How cute. We finally got home, we were at Ashtons. We all sat at the table, Michael and calum went straight to the Xbox. I layed my head on Ash's shoulder and then looked at him.
"Whaaatt." He says smiling, "nothing." I say kissing his nose. "Why don't you do that to me babe." Luke says pouting. "Cause' you have a flat ass." She said out of no where. I burst out laughing, "what the fuck." I manage to say. Ashton was laughing too, Luke looked as if he would cry. "Babe I'm just kidding, she said kissing him it soon turned into a make out session and Ashton and left. "You know you still looked hot in that hospital gown." He smirked. "K." I simply say changing my bandade on my arm. He gave me a look, and then came over to me an kissed me.
"I was so scared." He mumbled "why?" I ask. "You jumped a bullet for me, you could have died." He exclaimed. "You're worth a million bullets idiot." I say. Their was a pause, "I love you." We both blurted out at the same time. He grinned and so did I, my lips crashed to his and I swear it felt like I wasn't on earth anymore. We pulled away and went back down stairs I almost tripped, thank God Ashton was their. I laughed at my clumsiness, I felt my phone vibrate, it was my mom. "Hey, I'm at Ashton's oh ok see ya." I frowned "what's wrong?" Everyone asked.
"My mom called she wants me at the hotel she's staying in, ash could you drive me?" I ask. He nodded, Ashton helped me put on my shoes and we left I'd probably be coming back. My mom texted me the adress, I went in and asked for her room number. Ashton insisted on waiting in the car, I knocked on the door and she opened.
"Hi." I say "hey." She replied "so..what's up?" I ask. "Well I have news, one Andrew is still alive but in a coma, he's going to jail in the U.S and you and I are going back home in three days." She said. My jaw dropped, "what?! Wait-no I can't!" I yell tears forming in my eyes. "Lara I am your mother and I'm telling you, you are coming with me." She stated. "Mom my friends are here, my Ashton is here my whole life is here! I can't just leave!" I yell again.
"You are coming with me." She said again, "I don't have to listen to you." I say. "You're not 18." She snickered "I will be in a few months." I say. "You are coming home with me and that's it." She said and I decided to leave. "Fuck you mom." I whisper under my breath. I got in the car and cried "Lara what's wrong?!" Ashton said lifting my chin up. "My m-moms making me go back home with h-her." I cry.
"No, you can't leave everyone and me." He said his voice cracking. I cry harder and hug him, "I have to leave in 3 days." I said my voice weak. He was on the verge of tears, he started the car and I sighed. Again I ask myself why me?
