Once upon a time...

Haunting Melody St. Claire began as a group project between two authors. It was an exciting project that brought joy to them both. They wrote three books and started a dozen series in their excitement. It was a fun and creative time.

One writer was new to the writing world and wanted to try new things! She grew as a writer and branched into different genres. As she built her worlds, she realized she didn't enjoy writing romance anymore.

Her partner understood and was excited to see what new worlds the new writer would create in the future! Both authors were very sad that they couldn't continue the series together, but they had made so much magic together, already.

So the two authors split the many different series and book rights, sending each other off with love, affection, and many wishes for future success. The new author went on to create incredible works in the thriller genre and yours truly continued creating romances for the readers and fans of this and many other books like it.

So here we are. A book that used to have two authors now has one. Eight years after the initial idea went down on paper, I'm republishing it here for your enjoyment.

This book was once slotted to be a series. If you, dear reader, would love to see the story continue with other characters, please let me know in comments! I read them all!
