Zane pauses for a second trying to catch his breath before continuing sending a barrage of attacks onto the dungeon boss, slowly chipping away at it's health whilst avoiding it's attacks.
Minutes passed and the boss was nearly defeated, just a couple more blows and he will finally complete this dungeon, he was just about to continue to attack the monster but a sudden whizz stopped him in his tracks he looked to where it came from and was surpirsed to see a familiar pink haired meif'wa aiming an arcane spell towards the dungeon boss. Instead of delivering the final blows he decided to troll the player and tackle them to the ground to make them miss their shot.
"Hey! What gives!?" She shouted at him in frustration.
"Oh nothing, just helping you with your aim." Zane gets off the girl and focuses his attention back to the dungeon boss.
He prepares his ultimate to finish off the boss but before he could do so the girl that he had kicked him square in the shins causing him to drop to the ground in pain. "Take that you jerk!" She stuck her tongue out towards Zane mocking him.
With the both of them distracted, they didn't notice the boss getting back up on its feet just before its too late. The boss then attacks them with a powerful blast of light which swiftly killed the two in the blink of an eye.

Zane takes off his REM-D (REM Drive) before tossing it onto his bed in frustration. He stares at his bedroom wall before punching it with his bare fist.
"FUCK!" he curses then turns to look at his now bruised hands with a glare.

"Darn it! So close!" Kawaii~Chan says in a cute yet angry tone.
In front of her were two floating buttons one on top of the other, the top button had 'Revive?' written on them while the other had 'Exit?'. She tapped the 'Revive?' button just as she has done one too many times before. Her body starts to turn into small pixels that start to fly into the button that she had just pressed teleporting her back to the main lobby.
