The night was deep but the strong wind keeps blowing. The cold breeze compliments a painful scenery- the brutal death of couple Harold and Maria Dimaguiba.

Harold and Maria were massacred in their home. They were blindfolded as they bathed in their own blood. They looked so helpless.

While the police authorities are searching the crime scene, an innocent cry echoed inside a cabinet. One of the police officers opened it and there they found baby Victoria, a sweet and adorable baby who was just 3-month old.

"We have a survivor! The baby was alive," shouted by the police officer.

"Such a lucky girl!" shouted another one. That innocent cry just gave life to that tragic and dark scene.

Having no other relatives to look after Victoria, she was surrendered into an orphanage.

The young Victoria was adopted by a caring and loving widow Angela Lopez. Victoria grew into a God-fearing, compassionate, and hardworking girl. Her foster mother showered her with unconditional love. However, happiness was just temporary for Victoria when Angela died of cancer. Victoria was just seven when she experienced the pain of losing her mom.

"From now on, you will be living with us. My sister is now gone but before she died, she entrusted you to me. Pack your things now and go with us," said Avelina, Angela's younger sister.

Victoria had no other options. She obeyed Avelina and started a new life- a life that was dark and full of miseries.
