Chapter 58

Bella climbs from her truck, taking note of Emmet in his jeep not far, waving at her.

Dorothea exits the house with Charlie which shocks her greatly still at how the vampire was able to win her father's heart. The two laugh, enjoying one another. As Dorothea heads down the stairs, "Okay, Thea. Don't be a stranger. Visit me more!"

"You'll know you'll see me around. You can't get rid of me easily!" Charlie laughs, chuckling at the truth Dorothea spoke as he waves goodbye at her. Take note that his daughter is back from the trip with Edward.

Dorothea meets Bella in the yard. "Your alibi for the battle is all arranged." / "Really?"

"I informed your father that our whole family's going camping this weekend. So you and I are having a sleepover at my house. Charles is going fishing anyway."

"Charles? Thea? You guys run on nicknames now?" / "Me, he likes." Dorothea puffs out her chest proudly that she was able to get Charlie to like her, in fact, any mortal human being. Her eyes perk up as she remembers something, "Actually, you and Edward will have mine and Jasper's house to yourself tonight."

"Like alone?"

Dorothea rolled her eyes, turning her back to Bella as she heads back to Emmet, not before speaking, knowing Bella heard her clearly, "Wow, you sure give short responses. We're all going hunting, powering up for the battle. You're welcome!"

"Ok, how much are we betting right now?"

Carlisle and Esme watch from the kitchen in Jasper and Dorothea's house, the couple decided that the house could use some filling with their family members. Carlisle is scarcely worried while Esme laugh as their children sat in the living room betting if Edward and Bella will be losing their first time to each other.

Emmet asks Rose who is surprisingly very focused on the bet.

Dorothea and Alice had to sit out due to their abilities so they are cuddling at the side just hoping their partner isn't an idiot and bet the wrong thing. Dean and Jasper weren't even allowed to glance at their wives for help, Dean had bet they would while Jasper said the opposite.

"No, I think we should go with Jasper. I mean we are talking about Eddy here." Rose said but Emmet's mind was agreeing with Dean so they split.

"I BET THAT HE HAS ALREADY LOST HIS VIRGINITY!!" Esme yells from the kitchen, spooking everyone as they all turn to look at Esme with her hand raised with confidence.

Carlisle stood shocked at this, he didn't know what was happening but somehow got involved with the game. "My boy is a gentleman! I thought him well how to treat a lady. He isn't doing it until he is married, unlike the rest!"

"HEY!!" Dean and Emmer shout in offenses but mostly for fun. While Jasper merely shrugs his shoulder, wondering who could wait that long when you have someone like Dorothea as your mate.

Dorothea was laughing throughout this as it is true, that every sibling did it with their partner before their wedding day. Carlisle and Esme started arguing about Edward, the sibling getting include from time to time to put more oil on the heat. But everyone stops when Alice started zoning out.

"Everyone huddle up! The results are up!" Dorothea yells, quickly clasping Alice's hand while Dean and Emmet were holding each other praying for their win, Esme joins as while after scowling at her husband for fun.

Rose and Jasper didn't show any reactions, just standing and waiting for the outcome with Carlisle between them but secretly the three were panicking for their win also.

When Alice is back from her vision, she gave everyone a smirk before whispering the results to Dorothea's ears. Dorothea nods, standing up with a handclasp in front, Alice doing the same, both having a serious front. "The results are in. Thea, will you do the honour to announce the winner?"

"Yes, I would gladly do so... And the winner for today's bet is... The blonde heads!"

Rose started bouncing with cheer while Carlisle and Jasper had proud smiles on. Meanwhile, the brunettes had slowly fallen to their knees and fake cried themselves. "You Pussy Edward!" Emmet screamed out loud, hoping that Edward somewhat heard him.

Jasper went up to Dorothea, pulling her into his embrace while pecking her temple. In a moment like this Dorothea can never find herself any reason for leaving the family, this is what she has been wanting from a young age.

A family to laugh and cry with, a lover who loves her for who she is, and they would be stuck like this forever, she wouldn't mind it.

"I won the bet so do I win anything, my dear?" Dorothea looks up at the man who whispers seductively in her eyes with a smirk on, Dorothea scoffs but the smile never left. "Did you forget? You also lost our best in the morning."

Letting out a whine, Jasper carried the female suddenly making Dorothea squeal. "Then I guess, I can just take what I want from here." / "W-Wait! Where are we going? Did you forget Edward and Bella are at the house!"

"But don't we have a room here, darl'?"

"W-Wait!! Our Family Is Here!"

"NO NEED! WE ARE OUT!" Dean screams out at the couple as Jasper has carried Dorothea up the stairs. Dean was holding the door as the whole family headed out for a quick dinner hunt, with Rose and Alice laughing and giggling. Carlisle shakes his head with a smiling Esme in his arms.
