XANDER
"Ready?" I ask Brianna when she walks into the kitchen.
She just nods, avoiding my gaze.
"So you're back to ignoring me," I say as I begin to tie the tie around my neck. "Great."
She crosses her arms on her chest and leans against the couch. "Will I be able to stay after school for volleyball practice?"
"Yes," I say as I adjust the tie. "I'll stop by to make sure you don't run off somewhere."
"You're so dramatic," she says, rolling her eyes annoyedly.
"It's your fault it has to be this way." I remind her.
"Are you guys fighting?" Kendra asks, walking into the kitchen.
"We need to go, we're late," I say, unlocking the front door. I frown when I see the group of paparazzi outside the house. "Oh, for fuck's sake."
"Will you grab my bag?" Kendra asks before she steps outside.
I sigh but I reach out and grab her suitcase then I follow both of them outside. The cameras begin to flash as Kendra and Brianna get in the car. I lock the front door then I turn around and narrow my eyes at the paparazzi so they know how annoyed I am. I've never been a fan of this. It's one of the reasons I quit acting. I couldn't deal with not having any privacy. Thankfully, I'm not in the public eye as much as my siblings unless I'm with one of them.
"You know, it's actually good that you're going to a hotel," I say to Kendra when I get in the driver's seat. "Take your chaos with you, will you?"
"They're just doing their job and so am I," she says with a smile.
I raise an eyebrow at her. "What does that mean?"
"I'm working too," she says and I realize that she's talking about her outfit. "I sell everything I wear and they help by taking pictures and posting them. It's a mutual relationship, not that you know anything about them." she smiles. "You should be proud of me."
"I am proud," I say as I start to backout of the driveway. "Just, you know, from a distance."
She laughs then she looks at Brianna who's in the backseat. "Smile for the camera, Bri."
I frown, glancing at her through the rearview mirror. "Brianna, put your head down."
"You're such a party pooper," Kendra says as the paparazzi crowd around the car, snapping pictures of us.
"She's sixteen," I say. "She shouldn't be exposed to this at all."
"Right, says the one that she caught having sex." Kendra laughs.
"I look forward to the day you all stop throwing that to my face," I say annoyedly as I'm finally able to back out of the driveway without hitting anyone. I hit on the accelerator and speed down the street, away from that bullshit. They better be gone by the time I come back.
"Don't hold your breath," Kendra says.
I narrow my eyes annoyedly. "I honestly don't know when my sex life became anyone's business."
Of course, Caroline comes to mind at the mention of sex and I replay the way I squeezed her ass just minutes ago. Will I ever get to do more?
"When Brianna caught you having sex, duh."
I glance at Kendra before putting my eyes back on the road. "Can you stop? Brianna is in the backseat, you know."
"Oh, please. I've known about sex since sixth grade," Brianna says. "It's all people ever talk about at school."

BAD INTENTIONS (BAD #1)
Romance"You know, you're not very subtle," she says. I grin as I look into her eyes. "I don't intend to be." She shakes her head with a smile as she dries her hands with a paper towel. "Have you always been this shameless?" I chuckle. "I wouldn't call it...
