kylee's pov:

Mikasa and I were looking down at Eren Yeager while he was sleeping. After a while Mikasa decided to wake him up. When eren woke up he started to talk about his dream and then after talking about his dream i noticed that it looked like he cried. So being me I decided to tease him, " awww look at you eren crying over a nightmare."

He tried to deny it but I wasn't the only person to notice because while we were walking we bumped into Hannes. Hannes was a soldier that chose to stay within the walls and he had a drinking problem. And lord behold Hannes in his drunken glory," oi eren why are you crying, did kylee hurt you again?" Eren denied the statement and then started to argue back and forth with Hannes about him being a coward and only thinking about his own safety.While they were arguing I zoned out and was thinking about meeting my other friend Marcel to tell him my thoughts about joining the survey corps.

Me and Marcel met when we were both 8 years old ( just pretend that he is 8)and how it started was interesting. It started like any other day with me talking to my mom about her journey in the survey corps( that's right my mom is a grade A level badass even some say that she comes very close to passing captain levi).it was time for her to go so i will be lonely. I went for a walk around the forest near my house and 5 to 6 houses down my best friend Eren's house too. When I walked about 3ft inside I saw a boy around my age who looked hurt and confused. I knew how to help someone with injury by the way he was injured on the knee. I asked if he wanted my help and he accepted my help.

I fell out of my memory when Eren took a hold of my hand, happy that the survey corps came back mostly because of Ewrin Smith and Levi Ackerman. I looked for my mom with my hand on my necklace that my mom gave me. Once I saw her talking to our family friend Lance, I got a sense of relief. I looked at eren knowing that even though my mom made it out with lance there were still some people that didn't make it. I saw how happy Eren was and I knew that he wanted to join the survey corps.

3rd person pov:

Eren made eye contact with Ewrin but Ewrin put his head down knowing that the amount of people he lost was in his hands. The three kids saw a mother that was trying to see where her son was to find out that the only thing left of him was an arm making her wail. That is when the three kids overheard two men talking about the survey corps taking their tax money. Eren decided to try to attack them but got pulled away by Mikasa and got thrown into the wall making the sticks they gathered earlier fall around him. Mikasa and Kylee were just looking at Eren, who was still on the ground complaining at the fact that both girls had strength like an elephant, and Mikasa asked if he still wanted to join the scouts.

Kylee's pov:

I said good-bye to Eren and Mikasa going our separate ways. I went to see Marcel, he lives near the woods, and as I was walking people were staring at me because of my dark skin. I

came to understand from my mom that they had never seen someone with our skin before. Anyway, when I saw Marcel in front of his house with his foster parents I yelled his name. When he turned around to figure out who was calling him and saw me.He ran to me and gave me a hug.

Time skip ( 2 hours later)

We decided to go and find our group of friends. While we were walking we heard someone getting bullied. When we were close enough, we saw Armin getting hurt by some bullies. We decided to step in and help him out because sweet Armin doesn't deserve this abuse. When we fought with them for at least 2 minutes that is when Eren and Mikasa joined us. After a while the bullies left knowing they were outnumbered. Once they left we went near the river to relax. Armin started to talk about the ocean again and I started to say," We will go to the sea and we will all be able to see with our own eyes that it is real."

Armin,Marcel and I were still talking about the sea and then Armin said something about the scout regiment. That's when Eren brought up the fact that Mikasa told his mom and dad that he wants to join the scouting regiment. Then we went on the topic of the regiments and that the people who chose the regiment to stay inside the walls were cowards and didn't have enough guts to be out there killing the titans. We went on and on about training or even going to be the ones who kill titans. We were discussing the fact that the titans might be that bad and I said," Look at the amount of times we had seen the survey corps come back with less manpower that they came back with."

We were pondering over what I had just said. Until we saw something we never would have thought we would ever see. There was a titan taller than the wall, just looking over it. Me and Marcel were the first to run to see what the heck was going on. That's when the others came over to us to see what was going on. Eren and Mikasa went to Eren's house to make sure everything was ok. While Armin went to his grandfather. Me and Marcel went to see our families. While Marcel and I were running a piece of the wall got kicked in by the tall titan and a piece came hurling through the air toward us. Marcel got hit in the arm," Marcel just hang in there, please."I said. While I said that I saw my mom getting ready to fight the titans that got inside the wall, so I told Marcel to hold on. When we made it to my mom," Honey, I need you to go with Marcel to the boat where they will give him proper treatment for his arm." Mom said.

Marcel and I went on our way after my mom went on her own way and Marcel's arm was wrapped. Once we were close to the boats we heard something that sounded like someone was running.
