"Pizza's here!"I heard Billie yell from the living room. "Coming!" I reply from our room. I see her sitting at the table with two pizza boxes open, with a small smile on her face. "Oh! Look!" I watch as she grabs chopsticks off the table from yesterday's sushi, "Ugh don't eat the pizza with those!" I exclaimed. "Oh give it a rest." She says with a smile and a wink. She grabs the chopsticks and tries to get a hold of the pizza. "Aha!! I got it!" She says in an excited voice. "You're a dork, but I love you." I say in a singing voice while kissing her on the forehead. "Wanna watch a movie after?" I ask in a cute voice, giving her the puppy eyes. "Sure my love," she said softly. "anything for my baby."
As we're watching the movie I cuddle up to her cuz I'm cold, she squeezes me tight. So reassuring. The movie finishes so we head upstairs, Billie is carrying me cuz I was too tired to walk up to the room. She gently puts me down in the bed tucking me in, leaving a kiss on my forehead. "You excited for the interview tomorrow?" I manage to say sleepily. "Yeah, I'll be leaving around 11 AM." "Okay." I start to doze off, Billie gets in bed, cuddling up to my warm body.
