Ch.1

Maya's Pov:
"Hurry sweety ! Can't be late for your first day at your new school!" I heard my mom shout. Yay. New school. Great. "YOU TELL ME YOU WERE HAPPIER WITH HIM B-" I was cut off by my brother while I was singing in the shower. "Hurry up! I have to shower too!" Drake said. I got out of the shower and pushed drake away. I'm a sophomore and Drake is a junior. "Okay Drake , you an Maya get to school! Good luck guys! Love you !" My mother said. My mom got this huge promotion here in California. Originally I'm a Tennessee girl , but I don't know if I'll fit in here , I mean .. It's a totally different environment. "Hurry up!" Shouted drake as he ran out with a half a toast shoved in his mouth. "Geez , I'm going.!" I shouted back to him. I plugged in my phone to listen to music. Ride By SoMo came on. "I'M GONNA RIDE, IM GONNA RIDE." Drake chuckled at me. "You're a weirdo. " he laughed. "You nervous?" I asked him. "Nah , have you seen me? I'm good looking. " wow . He's ego is just .. He's my brother so I love him. Wild Life by Jack and Jack came on "YEA GIRL PARTY WITH ME.." Jack G's part was my favorite honestly. A few minutes later , we got to Eastwood High. It was huge! I'm definitely getting lost today! I noticed Drake looking at a group of what seemed like the popular girls. "Well good luck!" He shouted passing me. "Jerk" I said under my breathe. "Love you sis , you'll be fine!" He said blowing me a kiss. I went to the office as got my schedule and all that stuff. The bell rang for our first class. "Alright , chemistry 301" I whispered to myself. This tall blonde bambino started walking to me. "Hey , you must be Maya ," she said. "Oh yea , hey." I said. "Well I'm Kimberly , leader of student council and I think we're in the same chemistry class? 301 right" she asked. "Yup , that's me" I smiled. As I walked in , I saw this guy , blue eyes , blonde hair and was wearing a varsity football jacket. "Daaaamn," he whispered to his two friends sitting next to him. "Hey , I'm Chris." One of his friends said " I'm Matthew , and that weirdo next to me checking you out is Cameron." Said Matthew. "Bro , shut up." Cameron said chuckling. "Haha ,, hey , I'm Maya." The boys smiled and patted a seat in front of Cameron. "Okay class , I want to introduce you to our new student , Maya Rodriguez , tell the class some stuff about yourself would you" I stood up confidently. "Hey , Uhm I'm Maya .. I like riding my longboard around.. From Tennessee. So , yee ' " I sat down. "Okay class , now open your textbooks to page 147 please " said Ms. Morris. "Your accent is cute." Cameron whispered from behind me. I felt a line of chills coming down my spine. "Thanks-" "Mr. Dallas , do you have something to share with the class?" Asked Ms. Morris. Cam got up. Oh god. "Yes ma'am I do, I was just letting Maya know her accent is adorable." He said cheerfully. "Aww." All the girls were in awe. Man , he must get lots of girl's attention here. "Take a seat Cameron." Said Ms. Morris laughing. Wow. This was a cool class ! The bell rang for second period. This cute brunette tall girl came up to me. "Oh my duck! You're so freaking lucky! Every girl wants Cameron Dallas !" She said about to faint. "Uhm , alright " i turned around and bumped into Cameron. "Geez sorry!" I said. "It's fine really." He said picking up all my papers. "I'll see you Around. " he said and winked.
* AFTER SCHOOL *
"Aye! There's my sis!" Drake shouted kissing my cheek. "Hey." I replied. "How was your day at school?" I asked him. "Cool , I met this guy bro , like he's really chill and coming over today. You?" He asked. "Eh , school is school. I met some girls and guys ,, but yea." I told him. We drove home and there was a note from mom on the counter.
"Hey my babies! Mom is gonna be late today , Drake you're friend may come over , and Maya if you want to , you can have friends over too . No more than 3 other people here , understand! And please take Cooper out and feed him .! Love you guys

Someone rang the bell. Drake was in the bathroom so I answered it. I saw Cameron there. On his longboard. "Uh , oh hey .. Maya right?" He asked smiling. "Yea ... I know you! You're in my.. Uhm .. Chemistry? Right" I asked. "Yea haha ." "Wait , how do you know drake if you're a junior ?" I asked him. " I'm a junior , but I struggle in chemistry so they put me in the sophomore so I wouldn't flunk. "He told me. "Aye bro!" I heard Drake coming down the stairs. "Yoooo.!" Shouted Cameron. Boys will be boys i guess.
