"Tell me everything and tell me now,'' he yelled. I just look at him, blank faced, "Why should I tell you anything?'' He slammed his hands on the table and looked me in the eye.  He had finally had enough of my bullshit. I figured I was gonna die anyway so I fessed up. It was a year ago, I was only 17. I lived in a small house in Idaho. I don't remember my mom, she was killed in wreck when I was a baby , I lived with my dad. It was a Monday morning i woke up not wanting to get ready for school. I got dressed, t-shirt and jeans (as usual) I started walking because dad is always gone before I wake up and the bus smells horrid. Half a mile down the road i was thrown into the bushes, i panicked. I didn't know it was Trey, my best friend, i started punching at the air. Trey let go of me and started staring at me, he told me i looked like a crazy idiot. I swung at him hitting him in the ribs, he had pissed me off. We came from behind the bushes laughing about our weekend and walking slowly.  We didn't care if we made it to class late, we usually skipped first period anyway.

We got to first period, halfway through the class. Our teacher stopped the entire class and made us stand in front of everyone and explain why we were so late. He laughed and said " we came late because we don't care.''  She told him " well since you don't care, you wont mind telling that to the principal" I laughed and his stupid comeback so she sent me too. We got to the principals office, who happened to be my uncle, he called dad and told him I was skipping again. We both got sent to i.s.s.  we hated that place.

The entire time I drew in my notebook instead of doing my work. I don't plan on going to college, it's a waste of time and money. I slowly got through the day avoiding any more trouble.

On the way home Trey and I raced to the stop sign at the end of my street, i won. Trey was way behind, I watched as he struggled to catch up. Out of nowhere a truck pulls up, i can hear everything. "Get in, he's not budging grab him." I could see the fear sink in but I was to far away to help, he was at the top of the hill. I saw him get snatched, it happened so fast. I ran home as fast as I could, scared they would come after me for being a witness. I couldn't breathe I called the police as soon as I got home and they said they would investigate. I just don't think they will find this man.
