Luca stood there looking at the fabric in front of him. Thinking how the fuck this became his life. The shit he did for his wife, but he wouldn't change it for the world. "Vic, what you think about this fabric?" Luca asked Victor, who looked at him like he lost his fucking mind.

"What the fuck do I look like to you?" Victor asked, making Dimitri laugh as Erik shook his head, looking over to Xerxes. "Vic, don't make me knock you in the fucking face–– Xerxes let me see the dress again," Luca said as Xerxes showed him the sketch that he got Talia to do for him, making Luca go straight to the African Silks. "I think this one would go perfect. What do you think, son?" Luca asked Xerxes, making him nod and smile like he knew what he was picking.

"Yeah, I think that will be okay. I guess you are the designer. It was just a quick sketch of the dress I saw her looking at a few months back. Just make sure whoever redraws it makes it sleeveless with more ruffles than the last dress you made for her," Xerxes said, making his father nod as the door of the fabric company open. Rodney came walking in, looking tired or confused.

"Sorry, I'm late. Now, what's going on?" He asked them, making Luca point to the fabric. "Dumb ass," Dimitri and Victor said. "Who the fuck y'all calling a fucking dumb ass? Don't make me fuck up both you bitches up," Rodney said, making Xerxes, Luca, and Erik laugh. Rodney had got on the plane the same time as them, but since they were in different places, it took Rodney a bit longer to get there.

"Nothing really, We still trying to find the right fabric for your daughter's dress," Luca said, looking at a different piece of fabric while the others made themselves busy by touching shit that they had no business about to get them kicked out.

"Okay, you are the profession, and I'm going to leave you to it. Xerxes––– While he's doing that tell me how has my daughter been doing?" Rodney asked, making Xerxes cocked an eyebrow. Asking himself was this a trick question.

"Fine."

"That's it?" Rodney raised a brow. At this point, Luca turned back, looking at Xerxes, making the situation worse. It made Rodney step closer to him as he stared at him like he was crazy.

"Yes."

"So, if I called her right now, would she say the same?" He asked, making Xerxes shaking his head. He knew Riley, and she would lie her fucking ass off just to fuck with him.

"Well, no–– Pops, be real with yourself. You know if you call your daughter, she wouldn't tell you that shit. Riley is a cold-hearted liar. If you were to ask her, she'd find some way to get me in trouble by all of you." Xerxes said, making them all chuckle.

"Yeah, like answering the phone talking about 'I'm horny, Adriel.'" Dimitri said laugh making Vic and Erik laugh too. X stared that the three shaking his head.

"Ignore them, please."

"Trust me, I am," Rodney said, now making Luca laugh as he came walking up with more fabric.

"I think I got it. These two will be perfect. This one is for her corset, plus it's made to stretch, and this one is for the ruffles. What do you think, Xerxes?" Luca asked, making him nod. Luca left for a moment to go pay. Of course, Luca being Luca bought all the fabric like that and more as they make their way to the front.

On the way out, a group of men came walking in, making Xerxes sigh. He felt like some bullshit was about to go down but was hoping he was wrong. "Njoo pamoja nasi." (Come with us.) One of the men said.

"Nani anasema? (Says who?) Najibu hakuna mtu. (I answer to nobody.) Tulikuja kwa kile tulichotaka sasa tunaondoka (We came for what we wanted now we are leaving)." Luca said, making the men look at him like he was crazy.
