"Not you again!" Brian chuckled as he read the doormat beneath his feet, it never got old. He sat his guitar down as he turned the key to thier shared apartment. Roger wasn't supposed to be  home for another half hour. Dropping his stuff at the door he sat himself on the couch where he watched the telly Rog had left on before leaving to run errands. As he kicked his feet up on the table he twisted and spun his sixpence in his hands.

Looking up at the mundane news channel for just a second he dropped his sixpence into the couch. "Ah, shit!" Brian swore, springing off of the couch only to find it had fallen between the cushions.

He plunged his hand between the cushions, feeling around for his lucky coin. Upon finding the coin he grabbed ahold of something else. A book, an unmarked brown book, it was calling his name. Flipping through the first few pages he had realized that it was Roggie's diary. Brian knew it wasn't a good idea to read his personal diary, but he couldn't help himself.

Skimming the pages he sat back down, resting his face in his hand. The words seemed to float off the page as he smiled, finding that he was reading about himself. About how Roger had a crush on him. Biting his tongue the gears turned in Brian's head before hearing a click echo through the apartment. The door swung open as he quickly shoved the book in his large coat pocket before returning to the couch. "You alright Bri?" The blonde questioned as he sat beside him, seeing the look of panic on his face.

His lips formed into a smile as he nodded, pushing his curls out of his eyes. "You wanna go look at the stars after dinner?"

"Of course! It's finally nice out again!" Brian smiled like an idiot when Roger had accepted the offer.

Roger rose from the couch and disappeared into the kitchen, followed by the curly man. Brian leaned on the counter beside him and he coudn't help but stare at the blonde's gorgeous face. He broke his gaze soon after as Roger stepped away to retrieve the pasta he'd prepared before he left. Setting the precooked dinner in the microwave oven he heated it up perfectly. Without even asking Bri had gathered plates and forks beginning to set the table. The two of them sat to eat and after a few bites Brian had looked up at him. "It's fantastic, love." He gushed causing a heat to rise in the poor boys face as he continued to eat.

The two of them finished and washed up before heading out to the livingroom once more. Brian check the clock to find it was later than he'd thought, 7:48pm. It was just getting dark as they both grabbed their coats and headed out to Brians car. The drive was fairly quiet, for Brian was scheming the entire time, not that it had resuted in much of a plan. As they arrived at the quiet, secluded woods just outside of town they searched for a patch of land clear of trees. Brian had always kept blankets in his car, as long as Roger had known him and today he found out why. A smile covered his face as Brian brought the blankets to the cleared patch of grass. They spread out on the ground and rested their heads on the warm blankets. The two men stared up at the sky with glee as Brian went on and on about the stars and constelations. Roger didn't mind Brians rambling, but after a while of layng with no pillow he could feel a straining in his neck. He streched and pulled at his neck, Brian looking over at him. "You okay?" Brian questioned the smaller boy with worry in his voice.

Roger nodded "my neck is a bit tense without a pillow to lay on, that's all Bri." He turned his head back to the sky.

"Aw," Brian paused "'mere Roggie, you can use my shoulder."

Roger silently scooted over and rested his head on Brian's shoulder, he felt his heartbeat quicken as he rested his head. He'd never been so close to Brian so casually, he couldn't help but get lost in his feelings. Brian was also deep in thought as his eyes wandered the skies, a smirk spreading across his face as he touched the book that was buried deep in his pocket. "Hey, Roggie?" Brian couldn't stop the grin that was covering his face.

Roger glanced at Brian, rolling onto his side to see the taller man better with his head still on his shoulder. "What is it, Bri?" Roger inquired curiously as his blue eyes glistened in the moonlight.

Brian slowly pulled the book out of his pocket and holding it to his side "I found somethin' while you were gone today." He smiled even wider than before at the unsuspecting Roger.

"Yeh? What's that?" Roger looked up at the curly man with a great curiosity in his his eyes.

Hardly nervous Brian held up the little brown book as Roger's eyes widened in shock. He didn't want to say anything with a small hope that Brian hadn't read it. Hesitanly Roger stared at his journal in Brian's hand, swallowing hard before asking, "Did you, uh, read it?"

"Hm, not much, skimmed I guess." Roger nodded against Brian's shoulder, his heart racing more than earlier.

Brian took off his jacket and passed it to roger to use as a pillow so he could turn and face him. Roger looked into Brians eyes, afraid to say any more about anything Brian may not know. "Seem's like you have a crush on someone, eh?" Brian chuckled, pretending to be oblivious, "Tell me about it."

Roger froze with wide eyes, not knowing how to apprach the truth. Brian had scooted closer to Roger, pulling him out of his shell schocked state. "You know that I know it's me, right?" Brian whispered to Roger, only inches from him at this point.

Roger stuttered before falling quiet, "Bri, I-I ca-" He couldn't help but be embarrassed as he was interupted

"It's okay, Roggie," Brian spoke softly, rubbing Rog's shoulder in attempts to keep him calm.

Roger pushed his face into the taller man's chest as his cheeks began to glow a bright red. Brian wrapped his arms around the man, burying his face in his wavy blond locks. "I think it's cute by the way" Brian whispered into his ear.

Nothing but a small, gentle grumble came from the embarrassed blond as Brian chuckled and stroked his hair. After a while Roger had lifted his head to look at the brown curls infront of him "Are you sure it's okay Bri?" Roger spoke just above a whisper, his glossy orbs staring into my own.

"You wanna know something Roggie?" Brian spoke, pulling Roger's hair out of his eyes.

Roger didn't speak, he just let Brian continue "I've liked ye since college..." Brian smiled at his shocked expression.

Roger hugged Brian, feeling like he was floating in air as they held each other. Roger was happy, Brian was happier.
