"Hello all," I say as I sit down in front of the fire pit in the middle of camp. "I've been around for a long time now, since before the world became this hell we call it now. My hair is all but gone from my face, yet what's left of it is white as the snow and ash." My hand brushes dirt from my head as I finish my sentence. "I've decided" I said with grin as the light from fire illuminates my face. "I'm going to tell stories of my past every few nights, if you are interested in hearing them that is. These tales will be from before the world became what it is today, and finish up until I joined this group." I stop to drink from my beer stein. "I will begin from when I first met my friend levi. We knew each other for a few years now. We first met on the internet and this was are first time meeting in person. We both had a love for scary things so we decided to go urban exploring." I take a short pause. "I do hope you enjoy the story's."
