"After the things I lived, I didn't want to fall in love again. But you made me believe in what I thought got lost in this dark and cold world." - Taehyung.
Continuation of "Calling Paradise."

Taehyung's energy drained over the emotional hit he received throughout the day, which isn't close to ending. Eventually, he slept under my embrace while still being wet from his shower. I covered him with some blankets before lying next to him on the bed, caressing his soft skin while thinking about the sudden twist these last few days had. Not only Taehyung had a confrontation with Jimin, but he also fought with his sister to defend our relationship, and now, Moyeon appears with random lies about accidents. I still can't understand the reason behind my friend's behavior; however, it isn't something she would do.
Right now, I'm watching Taehyung deeply asleep while snuggling against the pillows. I hesitated for a moment, thinking about what is the right thing to do. Then, I took Taehyung's phone from the bedside table. I turned it on, looking at the locked screen with a photo of us. I smiled at the small detail but shortly unlocked it to see Taehyung's text messages. I opened the app while looking at the latest conversations. I saw Jimin's phone calls and messages, which made my eyes widen.
-Twenty calls and fifteen messages. Geez! Hyung, calm down. – I murmured, stunned by the number on Taehyung's screen. But then, I continued to check the texts.
It took me some seconds to find Moyeon's text, and I didn't hesitate to open it right away.
"Taehyung, something bad happened." – Moyeon.
"What is it?" – Taehyung.
"Jungkook came to see Jodie at her apartment. He wanted to defend you, but during the argument, Jodie accidentally pushed Jungkook." – Moyeon.
"Taehyung, Jungkook is unconscious. We took him to the nearest hospital." – Moyeon.
"I'm coming." – Taehyung.
As I look at these messages, I can tell that something isn't right. So, I studied them only to verify my suspicions about this matter. Briefly, I took out my phone and searched for Moyeon's number, noticing the last conversation we had a few days ago.
You are Jodie's closest girlfriend and mine as well. We joke almost every other day, and you wouldn't send someone a text if it's something so important.
I thought for some seconds before checking the number on Taehyung's phone, comparing it to the one I have.
-There's no match. – I murmured before sending the contact on Taehyung's phone through a text, immediately receiving it on mine.
-Someone is setting up Moyeon. But why? – I sighed, confused.
I shook my head slightly, leaving Taehyung's phone back on the bedside table. Then, I glanced at Taehyung, who's still sleeping peacefully. So, carefully, I stood up from the bed and walked out of the bedroom. I closed the door behind me and soon walked through the hallway while calling Moyeon.
