I woke up with a smile, remembering the events of last night.
I did my morning necessities: brushing my teeth, changing into my uniform, makeup, and all that.
I walked out my door, meeting with a Jirou who was on her phone waiting for me.
"Good morning, Jirou!" My tone was a little too cheery, but can you blame me?
"Good morning." She chuckles at my enthusiasm. "You're very cheery this morning." I swear I saw a slight smirk on her face, but I shrugged it off. We enter the elevator.
"Yup! Today's a good day!" My smile had not left my face.
"Does your good mood have anything to do with Kaminari?" She nudges me as we step out of the elevator, seeing our classmates getting breakfast. My cheeks warm up.
"Huh?! How'd you know?!"
"You were last seen going with him and I heard you come in past curfew, so I just assumed. Though, your reaction just proved me right." She shrugged before walking off.
"So, are you two together now?" She looked into my eyes with a smile. I nod.
"Who confessed first?" She asked looking around.
"Well, it was sort of mutual but technically I did." I sheepishly rub my nape.
"Ha! Sero! Kirishima! You owe Mina and I 2000 yen! (around $20)" I turn to see Sero and Kirishima's jaws drop.
"Whattttt?????!!!! You confessed?!" I heard Mina yell as she ran to me.
"Kaminari! What the hell, man?!" Sero and Kirishima visibly had tears in their eyes as they got out their wallets, pulling out 2000 yen.
"Thank you very much." Mina and Jirou took their money with wide smiles.
"You guys bet on who would confess first?" I tilted my head, letting out a breathy chuckle.
They each nodded their heads aggressively.
Our attention diverted to two boys with bandages on their face and arms. Oh right, I never got the chance to ask what they were doing yesterday.
They grabbed the vacuums and started to clean the floor.
The class ran up to them, while Denki wrapped his arm around my shoulders and kissed my cheek before leading me to the rest of the class.
Midoriya had explained that they had a 'little' brawl last night and are now under house arrest.
"What?!" We all asked.
"You guys threw down?!" "And now you're under house arrest?" Mina and Hagakure ask.
