Charlie has this little sister, Lola. She is small and very funny.
Lola: Granny, Grandpa, I'm ever so glad you came for a visit!
Granny: So are we!
Lola: What are we going to do tonight?
Mum: Let Granny catch ber breath, sweetie. She and Grandpa just got here.
Granny: Oh, I'm fine. In fact, I got a surprise: a magic show!
Charlie and Lola: Wow! A magic show!
Charlie and Lola like Granny and Grandpa's visits, especially when Granny puts on a magic show.
Granny: Now, everyone, sit down, and get ready for the magic to the Great Grandmuchi! Now for my first trick, I'll need a coin. Anyone got a coin?
Lola: I haven't got a coin.
Granny: Oh yes you do!
Charlie and Lola: (gasp)
Charlie: Have I got a coin too, Granny?
Granny: You certainly have!
Charlie: Amazing!
Granny: Look, Barbara, you have a cracker behind your ear.
Barbara: (laughing)
Granny: Charlie, Lola, can I have those coins back, please? They've vanished!
Charlie and Lola: (gasps)
Granny: Maybe they're invisible. Or... maybe they've changed into something else. Ta-daa!
Granny pulls two daisies from behind Charlie and Lola's ears.
Charlie: Wow! Daisies!
Dad: What do you say, children?
Lola: How'd you do that?
Granny: Great magicians never ever reveal their secrets.
Mum: Isn't there anything else you want to say?
Charlie: I want to be a magician too!
Mum and Dad: Ahem.
Charlie and Lola: Thank you Granny and Grandpa.
Charlie: Stand back everybody! I'll be right back!
Charlie is sure he can be a great magician too.
Charlie: I know I saw one here somewhere.
He found something!
Charlie: Yes! My magic kit!
Charlie goes back downstairs to the sitting room.
Charlie: And now, I, The Amazing Charlini, will also perform a magic trick for you! Has anyone got a coin?
Grandpa: Right here.
Charlie: And now, I will make this coin disappear!
Lola: Hey! You can't do magic!
Charlie: Oh yes, I can!
Lola: Oh no, you can't!
Charlie: Yes, I can!
Lola: No, you can't!
Grandpa: Charlie!
Granny: Lola!
