Y/N POV

"Harry Potter!" Dumbledore yelled again. Everyone in the Great hall turned their gazes to Harry and whispers broke out. Some students were just chocked that his name was called, but most of them were looking quite furious. "I didn't put my name in." Harry said with a chocked expression. "You know I didn't." "Harry Potter!" Dumbledore yelled again. "I know you didn't, just go Harry." You said as you shot him a reassuring smile even though you were pretty worried about him.

"Go on Harry!" Hermione whispered, giving him a little nudge. The boy than stood up and stumbled a little. He than made his way over to Dumbledore.  'There is no way Harry would've actually put his name in the Goblet right? Not long ago, he told Ron himself that he just wanted a normal year for once... And Dumbledore won't allow it right?' You thought to yourself, but were quickly pulled out of your thoughts by some yelling students.

"HE'S NOT EVEN SEVENTEEN YET!" "HE'S  A CHEAT!"

Harry looked worried as he made his way into the chamber. He turned to you, sending you one last smile, looking rather uneasy. Without a second thought you stood up and ran to the front. "Harry!" You ignored the whispers and stares from the students that were around you. The professors at the front of the Hall tried to stop you from following him, but you just started to run faster. You pushed yourself past the teachers and ran into the room where Harry and the other champions were.

"Harry!" "Y/N, I swear I didn't put my name-" "I know you didn't, don't worry I believe you!" You said as you threw your arms over the boy who was practically a brother to you.

"Y/N? what are you and Harry doing here?" Cedric asked as he made his way over to the two of you. "Well-" You started but got cut off by Dumbledore.

"Harry did you put your name in The Goblet of Fire?" "No Sir!" "Did you ask Y/N or any other older student to help you?" "No sir!" You than interrupted the two. "Why would I do that? I didn't even want my friends to enter!" You yelled. "Sir, he doesn't have to compete with them does he?" You asked with such worry in your voice.

"Miss Lupin, I think it's for the best if you make your way to your common room." Dumbledore said in a kind voice. "But I-" You started but got interrupted by professor McGonnagal. "It's okay, I'll escort you out." She said as she gave you a sweet smile and grabbed you by your arm.

"You don't think they're gonna let him compete do you?" You asked her as tears were forming in your eyes. "I'm sorry dear, but I think he has to. Those are the rules, even though he didn't submit his name." She said in a sincere voice and rubbed your arm. "You don't think he put his name in the goblet?" You asked as you looked up at her. "Of course I believe him. After all he's been through, I don't think he would like to risk his life once more." She said as she threw you a sweet smile.

"You know you really remind me of your father. Sirius I mean." She said as she once again threw you a sweet smile. "I do?" You asked as you returned the smile. "Yes you sure do. He could be quite the prankster, but whenever one of his friends were in trouble, he was always the first one to help them out and be there for them." She said still smiling, you than could feel a tear roll over your cheeks as you smiled at her words. She than wiped your tears away. "Miss Lupin, if you ever need to talk about anything, just know my door is always open." She said as she took your hands in hers. "Thank you Professor Mcgonnagal, I really appreciate it!" You said as you threw your arms over the kind woman. She was a little startled by your sudden actions but returned the hug for a second. She than spoke up. "Alright Y/N, off to your common room. Get some sleep, you need it." She said as she smiled at you. "Good night professor." You said as you smiled back at her.

As you made your way over to your common room, there were so many things crossing your mind. 'Who would put Harry's name in? What's the purpose of this all? I just know that nothing good will come from this all.'
