South Side (Jughead Jones x Reader)

Chapter 1 - Moving

 Y/N was looking out the window of the car. Her old past is finally gone, she had to leave all her old friends, family, and her old bf Micheal. My old boyfriend was crazy and also a serpent. Before he became a serpent he was a very sweet guy and he was so caring. But as soon as he joined, Micheal was a whole different person. He would argue with you all the time. He would always think he was right but the things he did were just so wrong. He would make me cry all the time and he would act like he never cared. 

Well, thank god I got out of there that place. I never want to look back on the shame and darkness in that place. The place where I lived was filled with drugs, murders, and suicides. 

We were only 30 mins away from our new house in Riverdale. Hopefully, I can have a new start somewhere new for me. After 30 minutes, we were finally got to the house. We grabbed the boxes out of the truck.  We went inside the house it was a lot smaller than our last one. 

After we got done unpacking all the boxes I went to the room to get started decorating then I got a text from my dad. 

Dad: Hey Y/N can you come downstairs we are going to meet your neighbors?

Y/N: Sure I will be down there in a minute.

You head down the stairs and your dad was waiting for you. You get your converse on and you guys walk over to the neighbors' house. You knock on the door and you see a tall redhead at the door, no words come out of your mouth. 

"Hey I'm Y/N and this is my dad, we just moved into Riverdale and we thought we would say hi" Y/N say 

"Hey I'm Archie it is very nice to meet you. Want to meet up at pop's with some of my other friends later?"  Archie said

"Sure I would like to come. Text me the time and send me the location, also here is my number" Y/N said 

Archie closed the door and you guys walk back to the house, your dad tells you he would take me to go the mall. You get your keys, wallet, and phone. Y/N and her dad got inside the mall and Y/N and her dad separated. He went to find my shoes and Y/N went to look for a dress and jewelry. I was walking and I actually ran into this guy.

"Oh, I'm sorry I didn't mean to run into you. I was so in a rush, again I'm so sorry." Y/N said

"Don't worry about it. I'm Jughead Jones what is your name?" he said

"Oh, my name is Y/N Y/L/N. My dad left to find shoes so I can meet up with Archie to go to pop's" Y/N said

"I know Archie he is actually one of my friends, I'm also going to pop's too" Jughead says

As Y/N and Jughead were walking, we were silent. We walked into the store and we were looking for a dress and Jughead found a red and black plaided dress. 

"Hey Y/N I think I found a dress that would look really good on you it's a red and black plaid dress," Jughead said

I looked at that dress, how did he know I would like something so cute like that? I was so shocked maybe he has the same style as me. 

"Yeah, I actually love that dress, thanks for picking this for me. I'm going to try this one you tell me how this looks." Y/N said

"Also can you try on this beanie I think that it would look good with your dress," Jughead said

You smile when you see the beanie it has a crowned-sided top just like jugheads' beanie. You got in the dressing a try on the dress it fits perfectly on you and the beanie looked amazing on you too. You walk out of the dressing room and Jughead's jaw dropped.

"Wow you look so amazing Y/N and with that beanie, you look perfect," Jughead says blushing

"Thanks, Jugs, you know what I'm going to wear this. I'm going to go change and we will pay for this. Y/N said
