Title The title is actually captivating for readers who love mystery book. I found the length accurate but it would be good if you will capital the first letters of the sentence. Like, I Witnessed A Murder. It kind of gives a attracting vibes to book and catche readers attention as well.
Cover The cover is a total no no. The fonts used in it are appreciated but the background pictures doesn't suit the title at all. The cover is actually very dark which hides the background picture too.
Blurb The blurb isn't what we call a blurb. Even if it is a one shot this is not what blurb it is supposed to have. Atleast you can try adding few lines from books along with a intriguing Question at end.
Tags The tags are accurate according to me.
Overall Change cover and write a new blurb to make the book interesting. Other than this, I find everything good.
