"You fucking moron, can't even do one thing right! " He picked up the plate and threw it at me. Luckily it had only brushed the hairs on top of my awaiting head. The plate smashed into the cupboard behind me, china flew everywhere then into my long curly hair. He's never thrown anything at me before just shouted and hit things. I couldn't stop crying which aggravated him even more.
"Clean it up. Now." He said sternly. "It's your fault anyway." With that he walked away and slammed the door on his way out.
