"Oh my god are you okay?" Seungkwan whisper yelled as he flicked the light off and rushed to Vernon's side to help him up off the ground.
"Yeah, I'm okay. Thankfully no brain damage." Vernon chuckled as he shook his head to get his vision to stop spinning. "But you do got quite the throw. Did you do baseball or something?" Vernon asked.
"No, I guess I'm just strong in moments of fear. I'm so sorry tho, do you need an ice pack?" Seungkwan asked worriedly, afraid he just gave the guest a concussion.
"An ice pack would help." Vernon smiled as Seungkwan dragged him to the freezer and pulled out an ice pack. "What are you doing up anyways?" Seungkwan asked him.
"I'm a night owl, back in New York I stay up writing." Vernon explained.
"What kind of writing?" Seungkwan asked going to retrieve the icecream before it melted into a pile of liquid on the floor.
"Uhhh idk what you would call it? Poetry? Lyrics?" Vernon shrugged as Seungkwan hopped up on the kitchen counter Vernon was leaning against.
"Thats cool, your like a poet! All mysterious with your late night inspiration flashes." Seungkwan rambled on and on.
"Want some, I know it kinda almost gave you a concussion but still?" Seungkwan asked grabbing a spoon for Vernon.
"Sure." Vernon smiled as he took the extra spoon from the older. "And why are you up?" Vernon asked Seungkwan as he took a spoonful for himself.
"I got hungry, and plus I can't sleep. I have insomnia." Seungkwan explained. Vernon frowned but nodded in agreement.
"That sucks I'm sorry." Vernon said with a comforting smile. "You and Dino both have sleeping problems huh?" He added and it was Seungkwan's turn to nod.
"Yeah, I guess it runs in the family." He joked.
"Well if you ever can't sleep and are bored. I'll keep ya company!" Vernon said, playfully nudging Seungkwan.
"Imma have to hold ya too that." Seungkwan smiled as Vernon placed a hand over his own heart.
"I pledge from this day forward that I will keep you company as long as you stop trying to give me a concussion and throw things at my head." Vernon said.
