mainly because if you want that you can just read the other 12,000 Wattpad stories about Deku or some OC being a Saiyan or Kryptonian
and while I can handle stands existing in the MHA universe I tend to draw the line at aliens in the MHA universe.

Omniman was sent to earth to subjugate the peoples and would no doubt try to kill All Might the second Mark developed powers and might succeed since all might is already weakened and Omniman would probably stalk him finding out about his Small might form and kill him there.

QUIRK: UNNAMED QUIRK(So far), gives him the abilities of a Viltrumite and if you don't know what that means basically a Yellow-sun powered Kryptonian minus laser eyes and without a Magic Space rock/Solar energy type that depowers them.
and they become stronger with age
and from my own assumptions Mark at the beginning of the Amazon series was about as strong as a Nomu, maybe about USJ Nomu at the least, Hood at the most.
Whether Mark is a Viltrumite or just a kid with a powerful Quirk that manifested later in life is up to your interpretation because I'm never going to confirm nor deny it.... probably....
Just thought this would be a nice story since Mark is like the perfect amount of OP yet not "Win every fight easily OP" that could fit into the MHA world.
and tbh my headcanon in this story is that either Mark is half Viltrumite and Nolan decided Earth was just too full of superpowered individuals
OR
Mark is actually the descendant of the original user of the stockpiling Quirk used to create One For all and Mark is experiencing some really weird skipped genetics.
