" What a pain. " Kusuo thought to himself after leaving the house, sighing, from his mothers overwhelming positivity.
Despite how early it was, he'd already done his fair share of work.Between teleporting his father to work, losing one of his head pieces, and extinguishing the fire his mother had caused, he was already done with today.
Meanwhile, you and Kaidou were standing in an alleyway, creating a TikTok, as you ran into eachother while walking to school. You two were quite early, so it wouldn't hurt.
Just as you finished, three pairs of footsteps could be heard walking past. Kaidou turned around, and saw Nendou, Kuboyasu, and Saiki, making conversation. Well, not so much Saiki." Hey! " Shun called out, greeting his friends. " Hey, Buddy! " Nendo ran over and waved.You wave at the crew, politely smiling. " Hey, Guys! " You greet them.Kusuo distanced himself from the group, plotting on how to escape.
" Hello, Traveler! " Aren smiled at you, and returned to chatting with Kaidō. You stare at Saiki, watching the gears turn in his head. " Whatcha doing? " You ask him. He ignores you, stsring at a wall. " Saiki? " You tap his shoulder to get his attention. " What. " Kusuo speaks telepathically to you, his tone cold, but pleasing. " Just wanted to know what you were thinking about, damn... " You mutter under your breath. " Don't waste my time. " Saiki turns back to the wall, inching away from you. You pout, glancing at Kaidō.
As soon as you joined the conversation, Saiki left the alleyway, making sure that nobody was watching before teleporting away, to P.K. Kusuo headed to class to get alone time before the trouble stirred up again.

You let out a small chuckle, trying your best to pay attention.Kaidō stared at you two, attempting to keep a straight face. Best friends in all their glory. Unlimited power, itty bitty brain capacity.
" What a pain. " Saiki muttered, ignoring you three.
The ringing of the bell caught your attention, signaling lunchtime.
" And that's the bell! " The teacher exclaimed. " Go ahead onto lunch. "
You head out of the classroom, making your way to the roof to wait for your friends. You had been having lunch with Kaidō and Kuboyasu ever since you met in grade school.
" Random question, but what are your options on Saiki? " Kuboyasu asked.You thought about it for a second. " Mixed feelings. But overall, I like the guy."
