"Daddy wake up!" I yell. My dad wakes up and rises with a grunt. "Melena, what it?" I give him a stern look. "We were supposed to be getting that replacement pad for the training room from Dr. Brief!" He gets out of bed. "Oh, that." He goes to get dressed, then makes breakfast for the both of us. We eat our breakfest then head off. We arrive at Capsule Corp and knock on the door and a blue haired girl answers. "Hey! You must be Mr. Strong! And your his daughter, aren't you? " I smile. "Yeah, I am." She welcomes us in and leads us to a room. "My dad is in here. He's getting some training sessions put up." She enters the pin and the door opens. Then we see doctor Brief, but with another person. a male with short jet back hair, sporting tight leather pants, a maroon tank top, mini jacket, and fingerless biker gloves. As soon as I see him, I gasp. I know him. I really know him. "Vegeta?! Is that you?" His eyes meet my gaze. "Woah, Melena, is that you?" He chuckled. "Wow. You've changed on me." The blue haired girl then stood there shocked. "You two know each other?" I glance at her. "Yeah, we both used to work for Freeza. And speaking of him, I heard he got killed. Was it you? Or was it this other sayian I've been hearing about?" He looked at me confused and little bit pissed off. "Who? Goku?" He scoffed. I could tell he was just jealous. Then Dr. Brief walks up to me. "Here's that pad you needed." He hands me the pad and I take it. "Thanks." We walk out but the moment I get to the door, I get stopped by someone. I turn to find vegeta. "Hey....um, I was wondering...." he trails off. I look at him and I could have sworn he blushed pink. "Um, do you want to go catch a movie with me? Tomorrow?" I stand there, shocked. But then I smile. "Sure. I would love to."
"Alright then. I'll pick you up at 8:00. See you later."
"Bye, Vegeta." I can't believe what just happened. I leave and get in the car. My dad look at me with curiosity. "What was that about?" I blush red. "Oh nothing. Vegeta just asked me out on a date. His jaw dropped. "What?! He did!?" I nod. "That's a first." And we drive off. There's a first..for a lot....
