It's very simple, just comment like this:
Title: (Write your title)
Author: (write the name of the author)
Synopsis: (write the synopsis)
Simple as that...
and to be more organized I will put several chapters, each with a genre of story, so you just have to search for the genre your story belongs to and comment.
