THIRD PERSON POINT OF VIEW

It was surprising for Misaki as to why Sakusa had taken her to the park where it was pretty crowded than last time. There were kids running everywhere, teens and adults in every corner hanging out, and food stalls and bubbles in the air.

The place was lively especially since it was already late in the afternoon where the sun has still yet to set.

"Let's go." Sakusa spoke from behind, tucking his car keys in his pockets.

"But it's crowded," Misaki said the obvious, "are you sure you want to spend the rest of the day here?"

Sakusa just hummed in response and patiently waited for Misaki's feet to follow behind. With her brow raised, Misaki hesitantly complied and caught up beside him but not forgetting to maintain a few distance in between.

They walked around the park for a good five minutes, with Misaki unknowingly now clinging onto Sakusa's sleeve, it's not like Sakusa minded, but as they continued walking he finally found a certain girl he was searching for.

"Why'd you stopped?" Misaki wondered, finally realizing how her arms clung onto the man's. "S-sorry!" She squeaked and quickly released her grip, "I d-didn't realize—"

"Here." He interrupted her, grabbing her hand hesitantly and uncurled it to place a pink childish hairclip on her palm.

"Atsumu-san and Misaki-san mostly visit the park." Hinata shrugged. "Almost everytime they hangout."

"Tsum-Tsum mentioned how Misa-chan loves parks!" Bokuto beamed.

"Ooh! Maybe because of the bubbles!"

"Or the food! The barbecue there is one of the best!"

"It must be the view!"

But is it really because of the food? The bubbles and view?

Sakusa knew exactly why. Which is why the whole month she was gone, he made effort during his minimal spare time for this day; possibly the only chance he'd get to be with her again and make her happy.

Or to atleast see a genuine smile on her lips again. As of now, two kids could make that happen — her little brother Yuuji... and the brown-haired girl standing just a few feet away from them with her back against their direction.

Misaki fell silent, confused for a minute, until her gaze landed on the little girl who crouched in front of an old lady sitting in a bench with pigeons surrounding her. Sakusa didn't fail to notice Misaki's eyes widened for a split second before it melted into a heartwarming stare mix with a tint of pain.

"Are you in a hurry, Sakusa-san?" Misaki mumbled, her eyes never leaving the girl. "If you are, you can just leave me here, I'll be fine. Thank you for today though."

"I'll stay here with you." Sakusa replied nonchalantly. "Go spend time with her. Come back when you're done."

The brunette woman snapped her gaze towards him with her eyes widened in surprise. "How did you know— Really?" Sakusa nodded. "But then you'll have to wait for minutes, or an hour possibly and not to mention the crowd! What if your fans spot you?"

"I don't mind waiting. And I'll try staying as low-key as possible." He bluntly replied. "Go before I change my mind."

"Are you really sure...? But don't you want this date to be just the both of us?"

Mentally, Sakusa smiled before letting out a small grunt as he muttered in response, "Taking you here to see her is a part of the date, Yua-san. I thought you'd want to see her again."
