newts p.o.v
i woke up to a load of noise outside, i ran out to see what was happening, it was Maddy, she had ran over to one of the walls of the maze whilst on the tour with Alby. she must have been fast to loose Alby.
*newt ran over*
"hey, whats going on?"
I saw Maddy was led on the floor.
one of the boys walked over and said
"Maddy walked too close to the door and Gally got angry and pushed her over, Maddy then fell and hit her head. we took him away to calm him down but he just gets angry sometimes, you know after what happened with the changing and all."
I nodded and walked towards Maddy,
"are you okay?" i asked worriedly
"yea i guess, my head hurts a little, but im sure ill be fine"
i looked and saw her head was bleeding a little, she must of hit it on the rocks.
"im gonna take you to the med-jacks to get you checked out"
i lifted her up and took her over.

back to maddys p.o.v
*you are in the infirmary with the girl you met yesterday*
newt walks in
"how are you?" he said
"im better, still aching a little but oh well"
"ok im bloody glad you feel better, it really boring without you to talk to, they kicked me out when you were in here."
"well youve got me now havnt you. look what ive made."
i go to the drawer next to me and get out a flower crown,
"i made it out of the flowers that were in my room yesterday"
"thats bloody brilliant!" he said with a smile on his face
he put his hand out to look at it so i passed it to him.
"roses huh, cute" he said, i smiled
he then stood up and put it on my head
"yep, defiantly suits you"
"thanks" i said to him
"hey do you think they'd let me go now, i really want to get up" i said
"yea ill go and ask, one sec" he said and hurried off
i started to remember my dream and thought about what it meant, then i heard a voice, it was a girl, she said
"help me, please, finny please"
i got up even though i wasn't really meant to and walked up to her
"its ok, your gonna be alright, i think fin is running at the minute but ill stay with you, dont worry"
she looked up with a shocked expression
"who are you, why are you here, i thought i was the only girl here?" she said
"you were till yesterday, hey my names maddy, i came up from the box yesterday, apparently im not supposed to be hear"
"hi im lizzy, i came up last week, and yea that is weird." she said back
"so what happened, i mean i saw you in here yesterday with fin, he doesnt like me very much" i said to lizzy
lizzy said, "when i came up in the box, i was unconscious, then they woke me up and got me out and i started hallucinating, and i ran towards the maze, i fell, i heard a noise behind me, it was minho running out of the maze, he was screaming, and then i saw this metal like machine thing coming towards me, and thats when i blacked out. i remember everything now though."
before i could say anything i heard footsteps behind me, it was newt, he walked towards me and said,
"whoa whoa whoa you shoudnt of been out of bed until i came back, what if something happened."
"lizzy woke up" i said
"i can see that" he said,
"ill go get Finley"
"isnt he out running?"
"no hes been kept back just in case he gets too upset with all this" he said and looked towards lizzy
"oh ok, ill come with you then, i need some fresh air"
we found fin and told him lizzy woke up and he ran off to see here
"i need to show you something" newt said to me after fin had gone
"ok, lead the way" i said and newt started walking
