EREN FOLLOWED YOU OUT of the cafeteria, eyes fixated on the ground ahead of him as you both began to walk to the nearest bus stop to head to the museum. there was several hours left until you both had to start the tutoring sessions and spending those hours working on your ancient history assignment seemed quite a great start. eren took that class last year, so he was willing to actually help you on your project.
while the male walked quietly beside of you, you were constantly being greeted again by other students who were passing by. they all gave eren the same, confused and judging expression before walking off in another direction.
"hey y/n!" a male's voice called out to you from behind, making both you and eren pause in your steps and turn your heads around to see who had called for you.
the male was jean, one of the star basketball players that nearly everyone drooled for. you were friends with him and you both met through sasha, jean was a gentle and warm-hearted person but sometimes he could be quite the wild child and full of enthusiasm.
"hey jean!" you greeted the male back as you fully turned your body to face him and he stood ahead of you, with a grin forming wider on his lips. "haven't seen you in a while, things going well with pieck?" you questioned and he scoffed lightly.
"we're literally just friends y/n," jean said, rolling his eyes before he finally noticed eren and also gave him a look. "you going somewhere?" he then turned back to you, watching as you nodded your head.
"i'm going to the museum with eren, and then we got some tutoring to do," you explained to jean, who just nodded his head while glancing between you and eren. "what about you? basketball practice right now?" you added the question, glimpsing down at the basketball in jean's hand.
jean nodded his head, his smile returning to his lips. "yup, you know it. coach wants us to practice well enough for the upcoming game— you're gonna come to it, right?" jean raised an eyebrow at you.
"of course! i wouldn't miss one game," you said to him, causing him to smile even more. you glanced back at eren, who returned the look and quickly turned away in another direction. "well jean, we gotta go! i'll see you later tonight at the karaoke center," you said to jean before walking away and waving.
"alright! see you!" you heard jean say before he rushed off towards the gym.
your attention went back on eren, who's gaze continued to dart around him. a smile curved on your lips and you gently nudged his arm with yours, earning his green eyes on yours.
