Jimin. Park Jimin. I know where I heard that name.

He was on the news for being the son of the second soulmate couple to break up in the world, right before mine.

In fact, his parents are the ones who inspired mine to split up. Unfortunately, it seems that Jimin wasn't able to hide his identity from the school as well as I did.

Then why isn't he socially outcasted?

Why is he still on the football team?

I feel bad for thinking it, but why wasn't he bullied like I was for a while? Do his classmates know, or does only the close friends know?

Thoughts flood through my mind quickly. Luckily, I had learned from the school nurse how to block my thoughts off, so Jungkook couldn't invade it whenever he wanted to.

I head over to my first class, the one without my soulmate and automatically sit near the window. My teacher begins to speak, taking attendance and having small conversations with some students before finally announcing something.

"Today, we are going to allow those of you who have found your soulmates to go to a special class for your abilities. Meanwhile, those who've yet to find their soulmates may either stay here in class or walk around the school to look with a pass"

I roll my eyes and tap my pen, preparing to take a solid nap, before a message is transmitted to me.

"Hello?" asks Jungkook.

"What do you want?" I scoff.

"YUJIN! I couldn't hear your thoughts- I thought you died or something, not that I'd mind"

"I learned how to block them off," I say, ignoring his insult.

"It was fun while it lasted"

"Yeah, okay buddy"

It goes silent and I prepare my makeshift pillow on my desk, giddy to get some sleep. However, the idiot interrupts me again.

"Are you in class?"

"Yes, Sherlock"

"Let's go to the soulmate class," he happily continues.

"Hell no. Go by yourself"

"I need my soulmate dumbass"

"No." I say bluntly.

"Please? I want to learn more about this bond so we don't suffer later on"

I hesitate. We do need to know more about our bond. Just for today. Just today.

"Fine"

I meet him at the library entrance and we make our way through all the lovey-dovey couples, including Taehyung and Nari, and we take a seat in the gym, where the class is taking place.

Surprisingly, there actually aren't many couples, barely over 40 in the whole grade. Jungkook immediately separates from me to go with Taehyung and I sit in the back, ironically alone.
