Doctor: well his quirk is called shock counter he can basically absorb all of the absorption and force it back to someone oh attacked him making a devastating punch thus his bones in his body have to be stronger than the regular human so he's a super human he can run super fast that's pretty much it
Izuku: oh that's a cool quirk!
Doctor: anyway i will give you the sheet to state that he will be protected and will be monitored as well
