Reasons for her dislike:
1.if someone found out her secrets,they won't look at her the same,the only person that knows is ballora(and bon bon but she doesn't know that nor does ballora)

2.Because Elizabeth was killed by the love of ice cream she scared of it and just if someone mention or gives her icecream she has a flash back and panics attack

3.during the time of them being underground,Elizabeth remember ennard scooping her brother and she doesn't like that along the fact that ennard might hurt ft foxy
