In sleep I felt like someone is moving her finger through my hair. It felt so good that I push me more in my pillow to sleep some more. But soon I heard my mom's voice.
"Baby, wake up, or you will be late for your office."
I quickly got up from my bed and hurriedly walk to the bathroom to get ready for the day. After taking a day off I'm feeling so much refreshed. But then Liam invades my thought. 'No, this won't do. This is my life and I will live my life full. After all who don't meet a couple of jerks in their life.' I thought myself.
I quickly get ready(pic below) have my breakfast and started my day.

"Good Morning Mr. Black." I greeted my boss. As soon as I get in my cabin my intercom rang and Mr. Black asked me to see him.
"Miss Collins, Please Take a sit.".
"Thank you sir."
"Miss Collins I want you to prepare the documents of Mr. Green's proposal by 12 today."
"Yes sir. Sir today you have a meeting with the shareholders at 3.00 pm."
"I know. Thank you and by the way Miss Collin, please book a reservation at the restaurant we favor as we will be having our launch there."
"Sir, I??"
"You what? Don't worry it's just for a change. Nothing serious. We will discuss about the projects we are handling while having lunch."
"Yes sir." I said embarrassed.
"You may go now and please hurry up the documents."
"Okay sir. I will take my leave now."
I have already have prepared a draft as Mr. Adam given me a heads up before leaving. I quickly go through the drafts looking for any errors. After I'm satisfied I took out the print, arranging to complete the file. I again check up for any left out parts then taking the file I knocked on the door of my Boss's cabin.
"Come in".
"Sir, here is the file."
He take the file from my hand looking satisfied he give me a small smile. My heart skips a beat. But I quickly composed myself thinking about my previous love life.
"Good. Good job Miss Collin. Thank you for your hard work. You make it really quick."
"No problem Sir. Mr. Adam already informed my about this before his leaving so I had made the draft beforehand and just made some updates. That's it." I said smiling.
"Still It is for your own hard work."
"Thank you Sir."
"Pack your bag as we will be leaving for an early lunch. We will be leave in 10."
"Okay Sir."
In exact 10 min we walk out from our cabin reaching for the elevator. I don't know why but whenever I'm with him I feel nervous and being with him in an enclosed space is not helping at all. His cologne filled my nose it has some mint like smell refreshing. I looked at him in my peripheral view. He is handsome. No, what!.......what I'm thinking. Ahh..what's happening to me.
Finally the elevator stopped and I nearly heaved a sigh of relief. He walked out first the I followed. We got in his car and left for the restaurant.
It was a cozy homely feeling restaurant. I liked it very much. Mr. Black was going through the menu. As I was taking my sweet time checking the interiors the decoration I heard Mr. Black clearing is throat. I looked up seeing Mr. Black watching me amusingly.
"So, Wanda , what do you prefer for lunch?"
"Whatever is good Sir. I not choosy."
"Okay then we will have the same."
He ordered for us and we quickly get served. While having our lunch we talked about different things. I came to know the little girl who was with him the other day is his niece. I thought his daughter. But he has yet to get married. I laugh in my mind about my silliness. Suddenly he spoke.
"Wanda, I don't know if it would alright for you but we have go to abroad for two weeks. We are making a deal with a foreign company. Luke and I had decided to go there but he is in Germany now and we can't delay much. So we will be flying this weekend. Is it okay with you?" He asked.
"Sure Sir. I don't have any problem." I replied. Besides I want to get away for some days from all the dramas that are happening in my life and it's a perfect opportunity for that and for also taking the next step in my career. I can do it.
