"Mo...mod..." Chongyun started to say.

"I'm pleased to make your acquantance," the naked boy said.

"Hey, I know you." Bennet joined in. "You're that bard hanging around Lord Barbatos' statue!"

Chongyun could see the naked lad nodding as he was fighting his best to keep his line of sight level with the naked boy's face. But for some odd reason, his eyes wanted to disobey him and look further down and examine the boy's nakedness.

"Modesty," Chongyun managed to blurt out. "You should put on some clothes."

"Huh?" Venti answered. "Nakedness is my full expression of freedom."

The naked boy twirled around, his genitals dangling as a soft gust of wind blew around and slightly lifted the newcomer a few inches from the ground.

"Yeah!" Bennet chimed in. "Freedom!"

Freedom? Since when was nakedness equal to freedom? Chongyun thought to himself, frowning at the stupidity of it all.

"The people of Mondstat are known for holding the value of freedom in the highest regard." Venti explained.

Although for the love of his sanity, Chongyun could not get why the lad is continuing this conversation without first trying to cover himself.

Chongyun turned his back on the two. "Apologies, Venti. Such practice is not common from where I came from."

"Hmmmm, judging from your clothes, I'd say you're from Liyue."

"Yes!" Bennet answered on Chongyun's behalf excitedly. "His name is Chongyun, and I'm Bennet. We're members of Benny's adventure team!"

Chongyun did not dare look back at the two of them. Not when Venti's body parts were still on full display.

"We're planning an expedition to Dragonspine!" Chongyun heard Bennet saying excitedly. "We're actually one member short."

"Don't you need a party of four?" Venti asked.

"Oh," Bennet said. "I forgot to tell you. We have another team member waiting for us to get food. I'm sure he'd be happy to meet you."

To his surprise, Chongyun was starting to feel annoyed again. Is this strange naked lad going to come with them and be their last member? Is he going to brandish his bit of pork in front of his Xingqiu?

His Xingqiu?

"His name's Xingqiu," contined Bennet. "He's an amazing hydro-vision holder! He can create swords made of rain water!"

"Alright!" Chongyun heard Venti say. "I'll join your adventure team."

"Hooray!" Chongyun felt Bennet moving. He's probably jumping up and down in joy.

But Chongyun was getting angry again. Why did they have to be teammates with an exhibitionist? With the very antithesis of chivalry!

"Come and help me collect the fish I caught earlier," Venti asked. "And I'll get dressed."

A few minutes passed and Chongyun kept his resolve to look the other way. He could hear movement coming from the beach as Bennet and Venti busied themselves packing up Venti's catch. It didn't take them long to reach back where Chongyun stood.

"You can look now, Chongyun." Venti said. "I'm... what was the word you said?"

"Modest," Bennet answered, chuckling.

"Yes, I am modest now." Venti said, joining in the other's laughter.

Chongyun felt his face become hotter, but he reminded himself to stay calm and turned.
