"AHHHH!!!!" I scream over the phone to my best friend Chelsie about tickets that I got for a Fall Out Boy concert. "Chelsie! I'm going to go see Fall Out Boy in a few days!!!"
"Oh my gosh! I can't believe it!" I could hear the grin in her voice plus a hint of jealousy. She's been my best friend since grade school, and I don't know what I would do without her. You could say that she's almost like my 'night in shining armor' that is if she was a guy.
"Chelsie, you don't know how much I love this! I've been saving up my money by working at a shop that pays me minimal money, plus taxes that are taken from it." It was like this little shop that hardly got any customers and it was a rough paying job but worth it. The owner is friends with my mom and aunt, so it was relatively easy getting this job.
My mom texted me saying that she had something important for me to see once I get home.
Once I got off of work I headed straight home to see what my mom left for me. When I opened the door I walked into the kitchen, looked around a bit and there it was, my mom had gotten me Fall Out Boy backstage passes so I could have the privilege to talk with the band.
I almost make a blood curdling scream when I saw them. "Oh. My. Gosh!! I love you mum!" I yell to myself grabbing the passes and pressing them against my chest.
