It's the middle of the night, shigaraki had his arm wrapped around y/n as they were both fast asleep. Mere moments later shigaraki wakes up to y/n trembling in there sleep.
Shigaraki gently shakes y/n to wake them up and nothing happened. So he kept on doing it till y/n woke up.
Tears were streaming down y/n's face and without hesitation shigaraki hugs y/n and softy says to them
Shigaraki: baby? What's wrong..? Did you have another nightmare again..?
Y/n: yeah.. I'm sorry for waking you up cause of it.
Shigaraki: baby, there is no need to apologize for something you can't control. Now if you remember what happened in the nightmare can you please tell me?
Y/n nods and proceeds to tell him what happened in the nightmare for the next few minutes.
Shigaraki: so in the nightmare I left you for someone else..?
Y/n nods and starts repeatedly apologizing to shigaraki cause they felt horrible.
Shigaraki: baby can I tell you something?
Y/n: sure, what's on your mind shiggy?
Shigaraki: I just want you to know that all my life I've grown up without anyone who loved me. Let alone treat me like a human thanks to my quirk. When we first met I thought it was gonna be the same exact way but you actually treated me like a human being. After that we became friends and now we're dating. Isn't that crazy?
Y/n: yeah that's pretty crazy how time flew by so fast
Shigaraki: but let me get to the point baby. After all that we've been through you think I would leave you at all? The answer is no. You've stuck me through thick and thin and let's be honest. Long story short, I've been playing this game called life and I've always been player one. And after all this time I finally found the perfect person to be my player two and it happens to be you. You are my player two
Y/n: I'm happy too know you won't leave me shiggy.. let's go back to sleep okay?
Shigaraki nods and they went back to cuddling until mere seconds later they're both fast asleep.
