Hopes POV
Me and Josie walked into my room. I was so nervous but excited at the same time.
"So what did you want to talk about?" Josie asks, breaking the silence.
"Well uhm we haven't really spoken since everything with Landon, I'm really sorry about that by the way, you didn't deserve it." My heart was racing 'why is this so hard?' I ask myself.
"It's okay, Landon chose you. That's not your fault. Also I'm sorry, you sacrificed yourself for us and when you came back, your boyfriend moved on. That's hard."
Oh Josie, I was upset about you. Can you not see that? Or do I have to tell you?
"Well," come on hope, say it. "I was upset that Landon moved on but Jo, I was more upset that you had moved on."
Josie's POV
Me? That I had moved on? What's that supposed to mean? My mind was filled with questions but I didn't know what to say.
"Wh-" come on Josie speak "what does that mean?"
"Did Lizzie ever tell you I had a crush on you for a week when we were 14?"
"Yes" 'what is going on? Does hope still like me?'
"That crush came back."
Oh... my... hope mikaelson likes me?
"You know when I said I had a crush on you?" Why is this so difficult, "well it wasn't really had but actually have."
Hope's POV
'Josie likes me? Still?' I was so happy and surprised. I look at her and realise she's staring at my lips. I lean in and she does too. Our lips brush and then
*knock at the door*
Interrupted. Great.
"Who is it?" I call out.
"It's Lizzie! You don't just get to abandon lunch like that mikaelson!"
I look at Josie then back at the door
"Sorry I uh, forgot something."
"Well it's time for class! Where's my sister?"
Josie whispers "whoops"
I open the door with a spell. "She's here."
"Sorry lizzie we were just talking" Josie mutters
"About what?"
I look at Josie and she shakes her head slightly
"Just catching up." I reply reluctantly "we haven't spoken in a while that's all."
"Well are you done? We have to go to magical history."
Josie's POV
Did hope and I almost kiss? I can't believe it. I'm so excited but scared because I don't know what to do now. Well for now I just have to get through class. I'll find Hope later.
