My concentration will be more on the parts I changed, the rest parts are the same as manga so I won't describe them much.
IMPORTANT
A little correction in the previous chapter - I'm not considering the final panel of mikasa slashing eren's throat. 138 ended at mikasa blasting into founder's teeth(as for now) and historia hasn't given birth yet but is about to at any moment.
Scene 1 - Small Eren and Armin are having a conversation at Shiganshina

So as usual in the manga, eren tells armin that how he saw memories of the future and how he knew that nothing can change now, how everything will just end, tragically and nothing can be changed as all the timelines exist simultaneously!
armin is surprised and sad, in the background we see them suddenly going to different places armin always wanted to go - the deserts, the volcano, aurora borealis, so beautiful....
but the conversation is equally painful, eren tells that what he saw in the ceremony while kissing historia's hand was this destruction only, everyone dying, his friends on the verge of death!
he then reveals that he had to let bertholdt come and destroy his district as it was needed for future events. armin is shooked but he can't help it anymore. now, here eren tells armin that he saw that ymir actually loved karl fritz!
then eren proceeds to tell that mikasa would be important to free the world but how that he doesn't knows....
Now the scene finally shifts to the ocean-
armin starts scolding eren regarding how he treated mikasa as a trash bag and how he rejected her love! he then says maybe she might find one true love just as he found annie to which eren is shattered, he expresses his loves for mikasa and that how he always wished she would be with no other man but him! armin is startled eren then continues telling that how he wishes to live with love of her life and his friends but he has to die....
armin is shocked he asks eren to just not give up now! he has to figth but eren has already lost all the hope. now as eren is about to leave, armin has a flashback....
(IMPORTANT PART)
FLASHBACK
as eren is slowly deteriorating armin goes backs to his and zeke's conversation at paths
after the truth armin told zeke for salvation,
zeke - " before I go I wanted to tell you something eren is planning to die.."
armin-"...what!"
zeke- "he has no choice.... when we talked before at the time of planning euthanasia he told me that he learnt from ymir that the only way one could get rid of that hullucigenia thing is by destroying oneself with it, since ymir was too timid for it she could never do it on her own and ayone is needed to be attached with it so that it could be destroyed, and now since he ain't doing euthanasia he sure wants to destroy the curse too because he doesn't wants to the curse to pass on with his people and the only way is his death."
