Chapter 7

Cameron Pov

Watashi wa korera no kurasu ni totemo unzari shite imasu

As I got to my first class of the day, it was Japanese honors. I got to the seat in the back row of the class and sat down, it wasn't long before more students came in, when I left a presence behind me and heard a voice saying " Is it ok if I sit here ?". I look up and see a boy who looks of the Korean ethnicity. I say " yes, you can sit here ", He says " hi my name is Myung but most people call me Yung '. I say hi my name is Cameron but you can call me cam ". That's when a teacher walks in and we all get silent. He walks to the desk and turns and faces us and says " Hi my name is Dr.Kenji and this is Japanese honors ."

After class Myung and I get to know each other he tells me he is trans and that he came to America to escape homophobia in South Korea, that he is an all-around honor student, and that he speaks multiple languages. We head to our next class which is Dance. After we get changed, a girl walks up to us and introduces herself as Gale. Myung and I introduce ourselves back and we strike up a convo before having to head and show off what we do because we decided to do groups in dance because this being our first day.

We looked across the lacquered wooden tiles and, with an unexpected eruption of boldness that we hadn't realized we'd had, ventured onto the dance floor. As the droning beat of the music, we started to move.

Sliding my correct foot back and the other one forward, we dropped low so our head brushed the ground, at that point sprang back up once more, so rapidly that we got whiplash. we tossed our arms out and waved them from one side to another, completely on top of the beat, before hopping into the air. we twirled around briefly it seemed like we were noticeable all around then the ground was underneath us once more.

When the music came to a stop we look at our other classmate as they start to cheer as on that when our dance teacher asked if we would like to join the dance team, we excitedly replied with a yes and went to go shower and change and head to go to lunch Myoung left to go his dorm so gale and I leave to go to lunch that's when someone bumps into me and I see sebby. I say a quick hi and go back to talking to Gale.

Gale kept peering at Sebastian making me feel a small ting in my heart. That's when Dani and a beautiful redhead came towards Sebastian and said " Are you coming or not? " Then he looks at me and says " You must be Seb"s, new roommate Dani told me about ." Then he hits Sebastian and says " Why didn't you tell me he was your roommate? '. I inwardly giggle at how playful he is. , "I was going to tell you but it looks like Dani told you'' Sebastian says hitting

Dann I in the head.

"Ouch"' Dani says looking at Sebastian. "Like dude why would tell ray of all people Now he is gonna hunt the poor boy down". " Heyy no I don't" ray whines. "I'm sorry" Ray looks up at Sebastian with big eyes and pokes out his lips making me slightly jealous . " i-" Dani interrupts saying "now you gotta forgive look at that cute face '' .He says. Sebastian slaps ray smacks and tells him " its ok dude I still love ya".

Growl

My stomach growls causing everyone to look at me " Hey let's go, " ray says and looks backs at me " Cameron if that's your name" " yes" I say " wanna go to lunch with us," Ray asks " o-," I quickly try to nicely reject the offer t gets cut off " of course, " Gale says " I'm Gale btw"." Um w-wait" I stutter " I uhm forgot my wallet" I say quickly coming up with a lame excuse

"I'll pay, " both gale and Sebastian say

He looks at her "no it's fine I'll pay for Cameron" I quickly interject " no no it's fine "

"Hey, " He says making me jump, "I said I'll pay for it?" "ok,", I whisper looking down. He walks off telling us to follow him to his car. Ray and Dani go in the same car and we go with Sebastion. We get in the car and drive off to this small little cafe in town

Hopping out I go to sit in the middle but gale quickly jumps in the way beating me to it. Sebastion got in sitting next to her and I got on the end next to him. I ordered something small like a milkshake and a muffin while everyone ordered meals.

Sebastian was not happy with what I ordered and looked at me, I could see the anger in his eyes as he watched me slowly eat my food. We stared at each other while everyone had their own conversation.

I noticed the table go quiet and I look up to see gale glaring at me. She quickly reverted it to a smile and touched Sebastion's shoulder making him look up" So Sebastion " she starts " I hear your game is next week got anyone to give your jersey to" she looked at him hopefully.

"Well, there is this angel I would love to give my jersey she really does brighten my day," he says macking gale smile brightly " hmm that's great " I get sad to know he has someone he likes. It might just be Gale but they just met.

I sit in silence until it's time to go. Sebastion tries to talk to me every now and then but I don't talk to him for long and Gale always has his attention. We get up to Leve and I go to the car waiting on gale and Sebastian since they said they were gonna pay.

I see them come out and Gale asks Sebastian a question I see him pull out a paper and give it to her raising my supsion. they get in and we silently drive back to the dorms. Gale hugs me and waves goodbye and gives Sebastian a wink. I roll my eyes at this and get irritated. I storm up to the dorm and before I get to my room door my arm gets yanked.

Looking back I see Sebastion, yanking my arm and going to turn back around I am grabbed by my shoulder and pushed back against the door." What happened " he asked huskily. Kissing my teeth I say " nothing I'm just tired" "No you're lying what wrong " he repeats" Looking down I sigh and make a smart remark " Go talk to Gale" yanking my ar away I go to my room slamming the door and laying down.

Grabbing my favorite stuffy, and paci, bathing brushing my teeth, and putting on my favorite onesie I head to bed.
