After I exorcised that eight-legged spirit with three big cycloptic heads and one long spiky tail, a familiar severed red finger with black nails and dry wrinkled skin suddenly emerged out of its twisted and slightly crushed body.

The moment I picked up that finger, a profound and very masculine voice instantly makes a deep hollow sound inside my head.

"So we meet again, huh!" the voice stated in an intimidating manner.

"A-Ah, ye-yes and..." I then give my least sincerest bow at the finger, "tha-thank you for your cooperation, Sukuna-san."

"Hah! Cooperation? And when did I even cooperate with your stupid ideas, child!" he huffed before staying silent for a second. "And what the hell is wrong with your era?"

"H-Huh?"

"Espers and Jujutsu Sorcerers aren't supposed to be together."

"Why?"

"Simple, because you two group of simpletons always fight for power, fame, and dominance against each other and a cursed-spirit like me."

"O-Okay..."

"But if I'll choose between you and those weak-ass sorcerers, then I'll go with you, child"

"O-Oh, tha-thank you! That's . . . That's very nice of you."

"Of course! Do you think I'm stupid to not easily recognize the simple difference between useful and not?"

"A-Ah, n-no! No, that's not what I me—"

"I still acknowledge those interesting humans who looks strong enough to withstand against me for a couple of minutes."

Before I could even answer his comment, my phone inside the left pocket of my dark blue skirt uniform suddenly vibrate.

"Ex-Excuse me for a moment," I told to Sukuna-san before answering the phone and carefully placing his finger inside my right pocket.

Oh, it's Gojo-sensei this time.

Well, Maki-san also called me earlier to asked if I will be fine taking this mission alone. And as usual, I always reply the same exact answer, which is 'yes', even though I'm still not sure if I could actually do it or not.

"He-Hello, Gojo-sensei..."

"Shinra-chan~! You didn't know how glad I am to hear your voice~!" Sensei happily stated over the phone. "So how's your mission? Is it finished? Did you get the finger?"

"Yes, and I will try to clean up the mess first before going back t—"

"No! No! No, Shinra-chan~! I beg the differ over your tedious plan~!"

"O-Okay, but Ijichi-san said that we need to immediately go back after I'm do—"

"No! No! No!" Sensei whined like a grumpy child. "Listen, because this is will be your next mission, Shinra."
