"Va re maila dana...?" Ragela questions in a sleepy tone. Sariffall pauses. With a subtle calmness to his motions he walks over to a pile of carvings and ornaments just off to the side of his hand-made chopping area. He sifts through the wooden jewelry and nick nacks and pulls out a large Redwood necklace; various assortments of gems and jewels are engraved into its wooden length to which stands many men tall and wide. The necklace acquired, he strolls over to the curious dragon, presenting it to her rather childishly as he holds it up in front of her. Yet still even more curious she leans down and slowly slides her head through it, dawning it with a thankful smile.

"Va hayv maila." {Why thank you.} she says, a happiness in her tone at his kind gesture. Sariffall had always made little ornaments for her, either to wear or to place in her cave for decoration. But she hadn't noticed him carving her a necklace; regardless it made her happy. Though happy she may be, Sariffall promptly turns and walks back to his chopping station, raising the ace above his head once more before hewing it downwards onto the freshly fallen Redwood giant. The haiton blade is very sharp, cutting deeper with one swing than any stone or iron axe could manage in minutes, yet still it takes several hacks on the mighty tree to lob off a small chuck of its bark.

Ragela glances around the evening sky, squinting her eyes as they pass over the sun; she looks back to Sariffall once her bearings have been regained. "Hao re maila?" {How are you?} She speaks in a somewhat cheerful tone. Her eyes perk up but for a moment before sagging with her head upon receiving no reaction.

The quiet grows deafening, the only sounds filling the silence being that of the distant forest ambiance barely reaching them from below and the occasional hack of blade on wood. Eventually the awkward tension grows too much to bear and she saunters towards the edge of the cliff, looking down and peering through the clouds at the forest beneath them- breaking the silence. "Naoi..." {You know...} she begins slowly. "A sama hetova fya veyovarasa hava bulta a satoment ist fya hara. Vasitaomo daya" {You know, a small group of villagers have built a settlement east of here. You should visit them.} she speaks slowly, a more caring quality emerging in her tone as she looks back at him. He pauses for a moment, freezing like a statue. He thinks to himself. His mind passes Ragela's words back and forth over and over again until he manages to conquer his befuddlement.
