Chapter 11

I got up early and showered. I put on a gray sweater and some dark wash skinny jeans with my red converse. I got my photography bag ready. I then rushed all the boys out the house because they only had an hour until we had to meet up at the shoot. We were going to do the photo shoot on top of the highest skyscraper up in the city. I wanted to get creative. I had to be there early to set up so I left to go.

"Hi Jewel your our new photographer right?" A very pretty girl asked.

"Yes I am and you are?" I asked. She smiled.

"Jennifer" she answered. I smiled.

"Hi Jennifer will we be working together?" I asked. She smiled.

"Yeah I do all the journalism for your photos so we will be working together a lot" she said. I smiled.

"Well I'm glad" I said. She smiled at me.

"Me too now let's go upstairs so you can get set up" she said. I smiled and nodded. I got upstairs and I fixed my lighting and I had them hang some lights to give it a cute Tumblr look. I was to busy taking scenery pictures to see the lighting then I had to see how it would look on there faces.

"Jennifer can I use you for just a sec" I asked, she nodded and came over. This must of not been her first rodeo.

"Just pose and smile for me so I know my lighting is right" I said. She smiled and nodded. She actually looked great and my lighting was on point. I smiled.

"Your a natural" I said. She smiled.

"I try" she said sarcastically. I laughed. I got down and started doing more pictures. I got so much into my work I jumped when Cameron came and kissed my neck.

"Holy crap you scared me!" I said. He laughed.

"You look really hot when you work" he said. I just shoved him. He laughed and kissed me.

"Okay now guys go see what they want you to wear" I said. They laughed.

"Okay mom" Nash said with a smirk.

"Watch it I let you you guys stay at my place" I said. He threw his hands up in surrender and walked off. I just sat and talked with my coworkers until they came back up. I saw Taylor first.

"Wow these people must do wonders because you actually do look hot Taylor" I said. He laughed and glared at me.

"I always look hot" he said flipping his collar.

"Whatever loser" I said. He just laughed. I did all the single shots then got to the group shots. I tried my best not to make Cameron center of attention because well he looks the best to me he is my one and only. I finally finished the shoot and I was sweating and had pulled my hair back into a messy bun. I know I just took pictures but your constantly moving and on the roof of a skyscraper in California. I finished up and drove home.

"How was the shoot?" Bryn asked me. I sighed.

"Tiring I need a warm shower" I said. She laughed and I went upstairs. I put my camera down on my bed and went into the bathroom to shower. I finished and dried my hair. I decided to put a sports bra on and some grey sweats I was still really hot. I walked downstairs to the girls sitting on the couch pigging out watching Friends. I laughed at them and joined them.

"Everyday is a Netflix day" I said. They laughed. My phone started ringing and I didn't know the number.

"Hello?" I said.

"Hi is this Jewel Jackson photographer of Seventeen Magazine?" A woman's voice asked.

"This is her who might you be?" I asked.

"I'm Alexandra Worthy and me and my team saw your pictures that you took of the boys earlier today and we were wondering if you would do an around the world photo shoot for our models?" She asked.

"I would love too!" I said.

"We will have our limo pick you up next Monday you better get packing this trip will last at least ten months" she said. I felt my world shatter.

"Ten months?" I asked.

"Well yes but we have visiting weekends so you can see family" she said. I don't know if I could spend months away from my friends and Cameron but this is a once in a lifetime trip and I could became a world known phtographer.

"Sounds great you can text me the details" I said.

"Of course, see you then?" She said.

"Yep" I said and she hung up.

"Who was that?" May asked.

"Guys..." I started letting some tears fall. They all came over to me.

"What's wrong?" Ruthie asked.

"Guys I just got a gig for an all around the world photo shoot but it is going to be ten months and there are only visiting weekends and I can't turn down this offer but I don't know if I can go so long without seeing you" I said. They all looked so sad.

"We support you go on that trip we will all be waiting for you here when you get back" Brooklyn said. I was going to go on the trip but how would I tell Cameron.
