Gale got stabbed in the shoulder

Gale checked every single camera, all cameras were switched off, the killer must have noticed and was now watching her.

when she got to the camera she watched terrible things, the killer filmed each of his murders.

at the same time, Dewey arrived at her car and was now able to observe gale
he watches her for a while until he suddenly sees the killer behind her
„gale!! Gale !!!!! behind you !!!
he ran to the barn,
Meanwhile, gale was just able to avoid the killer and tried to escape, but he got her pretty quickly and hit her. She hit the floor and screamed
she tried to get away, but he steps on her until he bent over her and choked her. Tears ran down her cheeks and she struggled for breath... when he stopped choking her he stabbed her into the shoulder. she just whimpered, she kicks him and rolled down the  stairs below she lay motionless. when Dewey finally came he saw gale lying motionless on the floor and above he saw ghostface.
„Gale!!"

Dewey shot the killer but he seemed to have missed him, but GALE was much more important now.  he ran back to her and pressed on her wound in a panic to stop the bleeding.  Blood ran through his hands, he looked at gale with tears in his eyes

„gale ... gale !!  you have to stay awake!!! the ambulance is coming soon!!"

she looked at him weakly and smiled slightly
„it's ok Dewey...It was my fault...I..I..should have...listened to you..ahh.." she broke off, contorted with pain

„Shhh...gale none of that is important now ... it is important that you persevere ok ?!"

she nodded slightly
„Dewey...I love u..."
„I love u too gale i love you more than anything else in this world!"
he kissed her gently.
she smiled slightly and closed her eyes
„mmh I missed that ... do I have to be shot first?  so that you kiss me once ..." she said a little sadly.
he looked at her sadly, he knew what she meant, they had grown apart the last time and hardly spent any time together
the thought that she might die and never spend time together again breaks his heart.

but before he could think about it any further, the emergency doctors came

From then on everything went very quickly, the paramedics laid her on a sick bed and quickly carried her to the ambulance, Dewey followed.  they kept their oxygen on and an IV.

just when Dewey thought it was going uphill, gale collapsed and passed out
Shocked he jumped to her „gale !! Gale!!!"
the doctors held him back and treated gale.  she had lost a lot of blood they reanimated her
He sat powerless and had to watch what happens.
a few awful minutes later they had gale back.

when they got to the hospital Dewey had to wait for the doctors to take care of gale, it felt like hours he was afraid of losing her.  all because he didn't want to help her, he would have listened to her, yes he blamed himself, but above all he hated this killer ...

After an endless wait, the doctor finally came. Dewey jumped up and ran to meet him

„How is she doing ??  can I go to her ???"
he asked, completely distraught.

the doctor nodded. "She is doing according to the circumstances, sheriff.  luckily she could go to the normal ward instead of the intensive care unit.  we will keep her here for observation because she collapsed and was reanimated.

„she is on the ward in room 12, she will probably still be asleep"
said the doctor and shook hands with Dewey in parting.

dewey ran straight to gale's room ,
He opened the door quietly so as not to wake her, but when he came in she was awake, even wide awake she tried to remove the IV fluids

„Gale what are you doing ??"
he asked, slightly shocked.

she looked at Dewey startled, she didn't think anyone was there.

„I have to get out of here, there's a killer out there, I could get the story for my book !!  I can't lie around here doing nothing !!!"

Dewey shook his head "gale you could have died you stay here and take a rest !!!"

he went to her and sat down next to her "you know how afraid I was for you that you could have died ??"

he took her hand and looked at her

she nodded "I know but I don't want to stay here then I'll go home and rest there with you I'm the safest anyway"
she said and smiled at him
Dewey pondered but wasn't sure it would be a good idea.

she saw that he was superior and looked at him charmingly "Dewey please !! , I'm feeling much better again!"

Dewey finally agreed and only clarified it with the doctor, who finally also agreed on the condition that she spared herself.

Dewey helped gale get ready and went with her to the car, he noticed that she was still very weak and quite pale.

when they sat in his car he took her hand and stroked it gently "but if you feel worse or something should be wrong, you let me know immediately!"

she thought it was completely exaggerated but finally agreed "Yes sherif, I will do!"

he nodded contentedly and smiled lovingly at her.

They drove back home while driving, Gale fell asleep. The event bothered her more than she admitted it. She always wanted to be strong, even if she broke inside, she didn't let her facade crumble but Dewey had known her long enough to see through that.......
