Well, hello there! My name is Xiaomei and I am the narrator. Of course, I won't be the narrator in EVERY chapter. Sometimes my friend Mavis will join. However, today, I will be the one telling the story!
It all started in elementary school, where Natsu and Rebecca met, even though they weren't on good terms. You see, Natsu would often make fun of Rebecca and Rebecca, of course, stood up for herself. Why don't you see, or read to be exact, for yourself?
Rebecca's Perspective
I hate him! I hate him! I hate him!
Who would even think such a thing? Write insults on my desk? Is this even allowed? Isn't there a rule against this? There must be!
Natsu: "Rebecca-chan, I didn't tell you happy birthday in person, did I?"
Rebecca: "COME HERE!"
Xiaomei Speaking
Poor Rebecca...on the day of her BIRTHDAY, Natsu writes INSULTS on her desk? Now she is chasing him all over school. Whatever! This is so boring! It's normal for 8 year olds to be immature! Why don't we make a small fast forward...about...10 years in the future? No that's too much...8? I think 8 is fine! Okay, now you can enjoy the story!
Rebecca's Perspective
Rebecca: "Natsu, haven't you grown up AT ALL since elementary school?"
He is so annoying!
Shiki: "I can help you with that!"
Rebecca: "Thank you! You see, Natsu? This is how you should treat other people!"
Lucy: "Natsu, why are you always like this?"
Natsu: "What? I didn't do anything THAT bad! Water never heard anyone, especially not notebooks! So, what's your problem, Rebecca?"
Rebecca: "Unlike you, I actually care about school."
Now what am I going to do? I can't study with my notebooks like this...
Lucy: "I can give you my notes if you want!"
Also Lucy: *smiles*
Rebecca: "LUCY YOU ARE SO KIND!!"
Also Rebecca: *cries and hugs Lucy*
Shiki: *cries*
Also Shiki: "DON'T CRY REBECCA!"
Natsu: "Calm down, Shiki! What are YOU crying about?"
Xiaomei speaking
Shiki really just treats Rebecca in a different way, huh? I wondee if this develops to something more. Oops, I'm not supposed to talk now. Xiaomei, signing out!
Rebecca's Perspective
*After school*
Rebecca: "Natsu...can we talk?"
I don't have the energy to deal with him anymore. Lucy is right! I must put an end to this!
Natsu: "What do you want?"
Rebecca: "Can you, PLEASE, stop teasing me? It's REALLY annoying! I prefer NOT talking to you AT ALL! You make me even more insecure than I already am and I don't want toxic people around me! I have had enough!"
Natsu: "Am I talking to Lucy or Rebecca? It's really hard to tell. Did Lucy write down a script for you?"
He must pay too much attention to Lucy to know her THAT well. Interesting.
Rebecca: "And what if Lucy was the one who made me realise that I am actually worthy of having BETTER people around me, LIKE SHIKI!"
Natsu: "Don't compare ME with HIM?"
Rebecca: "Why not? Shiki actually knows how to treat me right and I have to say that I actually lik-"
Natsu: *grabs Rebecca's waist and kisses her*
Rebecca: *pushes Natsu away*
Also Rebecca: "Are you INSANE? I was JUST about to tell you that I like how SHIKI acts around me. Something I will NEVER say about YOU!"
Natsu: "You don't understand, do you? You are in no position to talk after what happened last year in Summer Camp! If you don't want EVERYONE to find out, you will pretend to be my girlfriend, understood?"
What happened in Summer Camp? Oh...I can't afford Shiki and Lucy to find out...I couldn't care less about the others.
Rebecca: "Fine! But no hugs and NO KISSING!"
Natsu: "You think I care what you say? I have the upper hand. You have no choice but to do whatever I tell you!"
How am I supposed to get out of this situation?
