Hero name: Star Platinum
Quirk: Star dust
This quirk allows the user to create literal star dust out of sun light. If she or he was to try and create an actual star, It would take eight minutes to do so because It would take eight minutes for the sunlight to actually reach earth.
Drawbacks: If she does try and create a star it will be her last attack. If not she will start to burn.
Ultimate moves: Starfall (man I miss that) They do this move by making star dust fall from the sky.
