Khushi POV

I am now sitting on the nearby park. It is late night. But, I am so sad. I never thought that was coming. I am guilty to face my mom and di.

A man is walking to me and waved his hand.

"Khushi, did you forget me?" Asked the dumb man.

"How can I forget you?" I was praying to not meet you.

"If you dont mind, may I sit here?" He asked while sitting beside me.

He is sitting silent and me too.

"It was a long day." He said.

"A terrible day." I replied.

"I like to sit these type of placed when I am terrible." He said.

"Me too."

"What happened? Why are you so sad?" He asked.

"Nothing." I dont like to share my sorrow with him.

"Then, I will tell about mine. Parents and everyone in my home thinks marriage is a good thing and they are forcing me for a marriage. But I don't like the idea." He started telling while looking up to the sky.

I thought he is a play boy and thinking about a opportunity to come for marrying someone.

"Today, my mom. My own mom!!" His sound cracked and he added. "My mom blackmailed me that she will gonna die if I dont marry anyone within this month." I am shocked. Thank god my Amma didnt done anything like that.

"Then what happened?" I asked.

"I snatched the poison from her and said I am gonna drink it. Then left the home."

"You should have call her, she may be worried." I shared my thought.

"I will return after sometime, do you wonder why I share these things with you?" He asked. I am now wondering, why he shared everything with me.

After finding my puzzled face he replied, "we may not gonna see again. So if we talk about our sorrows then our mind will be relaxed. Dont you know it is best to share sorrows with strangers than friends, this will soothe our inner turmoil." Yes, he is right.

"Then tell about yours."

"My di is a heart patient. My Amma  stopped working because she cant take care of di. My father left us when we were small. It is from my income we are surviving."I looked at him expecting a sympathy like everyone else.

But he surprised me, his face showing not a sympathy but a proud face, "thats good khushi. You are enough for your family." I seriously liked his supportive nature.

"Today, we were having a night ride. Suddenly  di had a pain on her heart. We reached hospital immediately and they said she needs to have an operation within three weeks. I dont know anyway." I started crying. My tears which I was holding is now iver flowing.

"I think it is because I took her for a drive." I concluded.

"No khushi, it is not your fault. May be it is because you took her made her reach hospital quickly." He consoled.

"That's  true." I wiped my tears but another set of tears started.

Arnav hugged me and I am now crying on his shoulder. He is a big console.

"Why dont you apply for a loan?" He asked.

"We wont get that within this week. If so, according to my job, we don't get much."

"Everything will be alright. If one door is closed, thousands of doors will open for those who is fighting." He smiled and that smile is really encouraging for me.
