Aurora's POV
"Ma'am is everything okay at home?" the doctor asked me as I laid in a hospital bed once again

I can't believe the news I just received...this is surreal

"My husband is very abusive, like a literal murderer....one second he loves me and the next he hates my guts when in reality I just want to feel him inside my guts and feel loved 24/7 by him....."

"Oh wow, have you ever told the police? This sounds like a case of extreme domestic violence. I mean you lost your child from physical trauma to your stomach. This is something you need to take very seriously ma'am. I mean the only good part about you being here is us finding out about the cancer that is quickly developing in your lungs..........we can do all we can but it's looking like you won't live past two months for sure. You want to make sure you live your last days to the fullest and that your son will be in good hands once your dead."

Von was just looking back and forth between the doctor and I shaking his head, this is going to be really hard for him to live without me...I know this is news neither one of us expected

But my life has been in turmoil for the past 9 years, maybe this is just my fate

"No I don't want to press charges, he needs to be out of jail for our son.......I mean he will be the only parent he has pretty soon..." I cried as the doctor threw a tissue box at my head to wipe my tears

"Well what about counseling miss? I mean, you've gotta do something different. You're in a horrible situation and I'm scared to discharge you home. I think we will be keeping you in the hospital on the insane asylum floor until further notice."

"NO DOC NO!!!!" I yelled as Von jumped out his seat

"Nigga is you crazy?!" Von yelled at him

"No I am not, but your sister might be and she needs help. I get the final decision and paid the big bucks to do this shit, sit your rapping ass down. I don't hear y'all laughing now, I call that a mic drop."

and with that the doctor walked out the room and I buried my face in my hands waiting for what will happen next

Von's POV
"Durk keep calling my fuckin phone........"

"Just answer it..."

"Why Aurora? After all that shit he did—

"JUST ANSWER IT!!! He deserves to know what's going on..."

"You better stop fuckin hollerin at me before I give yo ass another reason to be laying in that damn bed on all fours"
