Blue Sweater

INTRO

"Well, I said leave the boy alone!" the girl said. People start to crowd around them.

"What if we don't want to? What you gonna do, huh?" the boy said back with a teasing tone.

"Yoon Ji, let just go. They are our senior." One of Yoon Ji's friends said to make her eyes more on fire.

"I say one last time. Leave him or I'll make you regret doing that" she said with anger. Everybody doesn't have a word to say. The boy is the councilor's son and the girl is no one, just a rich and kind-hearted girl.

"Let see what you can do" the boy instructed his friends to beat her and they do as he said. Yoon Ji's friends backing off, afraid of them. But not Yoon Ji, she is stronger than any of those boys.

The first boy tries to beat her but she dodged the man and slits his neck. The second boy tried to attack her but eventually, he stumbled forward and his face swelled forward.

"Yah! What are you guys doing?" the boy shouted at their friends.

Yoon Ji then kneels the same level as the boys who try to beat her and said. "How can you call him your friend when he didn't help you when you fall?" she looks over to the other student then stand up.

"Listen up." Everybody looks at her. "This is a school, not a war zone you can beat other students. Your parent sent you to school to study, makes friends and be humble. Not being a jerk and bullying others then end up being a stupid person of knowledge. School's fees are not just $50 or $80, it more than that, so be a grateful ass and listen to your parent."

Then she looks back at the boy and walks toward him. "Now, for the last time, I said this to you. Leave. The. Boy. Alone."

The boy instantly let go of the boy's hem of his sweater and back off. Before he leaves, he says "Wait until my mom knows about this. She is a counselor of this school"

"Yeah, bring your mama and look who's going down." The hall full of laughter and Yoon Ji kneel to the boy. The boy afraid to look up to her and Yoon Ji know he feels embarrassed. "Everybody can leave now. No more show."

Then everybody leaves and only Jisoo, Jennie, Rose and Lisa. "Oh my God, you bleeding." Rose said when they come closer to the boy to help him stand. "Follow me." Yoon Ji said. She put his hand around his neck and Lisa help on the other side. Jisoo and Jennie pick all the books on the floor and put them in the beg that Rose's holding.

When they entered the nurse's room, the nurse-teacher came and asked what had happened. "He stumbled down the stairs." Yoon Ji said. The boy instantly looks at her and tries to hide his smile.

"Okay, you guys go attend your class. I'm gonna take care from here." The lady said.

"Thank you, teacher." Rose said and the four of them bowed down.

In the boy's mind, he only wants to say thank you to her. No one ever helps him before but everything changes once she stood up for him. He feels like he is so useless, he always thinks he deserves to being bullied but not anymore. He realizes something inside of him that no one finds important, self-worth.

The years go by and without him knowing, Yoon Ji asks help from her friends to keep an eye on him after someone dates her.
