When you get rejected do you ever think maybe your being protected?
That it's something you should have expected
That the drumming in your chest
The incoming humming turns into stumbling over your words
The drumming transforms into rumbling
That turns into crumbling down struggling to breath
Wishing you were put to death, because you can't take back what you said
And this attack puts another crack in your heart
And now they will always have that part of your bleeding heart
Because they were leading you on without any reason
Which I feel like is treason on the heart
And now you have another scar, that's apart of your already broken heart.
