Chapter 13

todoroki's pov

its been a week since kat started coming back to school and i could tell he was happy to be back but he does struggle sometimes.

we were now sitting in mr aizawa's class room, as he was watching mr aizawa's lips I looked over and i saw the red light flashing on his hearing aid telling me his battery was dead.

I let out a sigh and I reached over and I tapped him, he looked at me and I pointed to my ear, he nodded and handed me his hearing aid, I pulled out a pack of batteries and I changed the battery and I handed it back to him and he put it back in and i saw his face relax a bit.

I felt my phone buzzing in my back pocket, I pulled it out and i saw it was my doctors office calling.

I stood up and I showed mr aizawa my phone and he pointed me to the door i nodded as I stepped out.

I answered the call.

me- hello

dr- hello this is dr matthis office we have called, to give you the amazing news that you have been approved for your surgery, it will be held at the hospital, 6 months from now on the 3rd.

me- wait really are you sure thats amazing thank you so much.

dr- its our pleasure mr todoroki

they hung up and i walked back into the class room and mr aizawa, came over to me with the look of wonder in his eyes.

I just smiled and nodded.

wow good for you kiddo proud of you he said.

i went back over to my desk and i sat down, bakugou turned and looked at me.

I got approved for my surgery I signed to him he smiled and pulled me into a hug. thats amazing when is it? he asked with a smile. its 6 months from now on the 3rd. i told him.

he smiled that's great I'm proud for you. he said.

I had a few other people looking at me but I just brushed it off.

after class ended it was time to go back to the dorms.

we got up and we left the school we got to the dorms and his phone is going off.

he grabbed it and saw it was his dad calling on face time.

he answered and sat the phone so we were both in the camera.

they talked for a while before we saw his mom come on screen.

oh hey boys are you guys coming home this weekend its been a while since you've been home .

yeah we can come over for the weekend we actually have some news we want to share with you guys I told them.

he looked at me with a scowl, I just laughed and kissed him till he was happy, kat you can be mad at me all you want but we are going tomorrow i told him. i heard his mom laughing as she saw us.

wow katsuki you two are already act like a old married couple she said with a laugh.

he reached over and he hung up on her as he grabbed me by my waist and pulled me down I laughed a bit as I relaxed I laid my head on his chest as he held me tightly. i was gonna get onto him about hanging up on his mom like that but the thought slipped my mind when I felt his arms hold me tightly.

do we want to shower now or in the morning? we did spar today so we should probably shower so we don't dirty the sheets to much, he said

meh the sheets need to be washed anyway I said with a laugh, all right ill go put the sheets in the wash you hop in the shower first i told him, he nodded but he didn't let me go.
