Chapter 03

Naomi's groans as she feels suffocated pushing her hands out from the cover, she slowly opens her eyes to groan, she sits straight on the seat as her eyes lands on the coat that was the reason of her suffocation.

Turning her head around she finds herself alone of the car, the bonnet of the car sitting up makes her frown so she opens the door and walks out of it to find Richard working on the car.

"What's wrong?" she yawns stretching her body and looking around the deserted road.

"Need to cool the engine down" he mumbles and she sighs before staring at the engine from where the smoke was coming out.

"Did you try watering it?" she asks and he nods.

"Not working" he sighs before stepping away from the car.

"What now?" she asks looking around.

"You need..." Richard stops what he was going to say as the roar of bikes echoes.

Both of them stare ahead as the bikers starts to appear and Naomi raises her hand to wave at her.

"They can be of help" she grins as she steps away and starts to wave her hands but Richard grabs it pulling her next to him.

"Naomi no" he warns and she frowns.

"But..."

"Not the good kind of help they are" he nods towards the group.

"Yo," one of the biker shouts as he pulls beside their ar.

"We are good" Richard points and the man pulls the stand of his bike.

"Don't think so, car trouble?" he asks and Richard stares at the five men around the car.

"You ain't gonna find any ride for the next two miles and the next garage is five miles away" the men inform him.

"We will be fine" Richard states.

"With that beside you?" one of them grin and Richard pulls Naomi behind him.

"We can give you ride to the next town" they suggest.

"We don't need one, you all can be on your way" he asks but the men just eyes Naomi.

"Nah, we feeling generous" they point and Richard's grip on Naomi's hand tightens.

"Rich" Naomi whispers from behind him.

"Don't move" he asks her before he turns to pull her in his arms hugging her.

"Chill man" one of the snickers.

"Don't need your generosity or any trouble" Richard points but the men just stalk them.

"Don't want to be of trouble man, you feeling us? Just need a taste of that and we will be on our way" they ask.

"Back off" Richard warns them but they just leer and grin.

"Seems like you too got her for a little taste man" one of them comment and Richard curses before he pulls Naomi to his side and grabs the wrist of the man trying to grab Naomi.

"Fuck off" Richard growls with his eyes narrowed.

"Man, we can totally see you picked her up, with clothes like that and come on man, you can have her first" they suggest.

"No troubles" Richard asks once again but they don't listen trying to jump at Richard at once.

Richard throws the kick first hitting the man on the stomach who stumbles back crashing to one of his friends.

"Get in the car and lock the door" Richard asks Naomi who shakes her head no with a wide grin and she tightens her hold around him.
